I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at The Gator Store was upsetting enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable lack of organization. The layout was confusing, items seemed misplaced, and no one greeted me or offered help despite there being staff nearby.
When I did approach an employee with a question, I was met with what felt like complete disinterest. My concerns weren’t addressed, and it seemed like I was interrupting rather than being helped. I’ve shopped at many small and large retailers over the years, and I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the gap between what I expected—based on the store’s reputation and appearance—and the reality of how I was treated. I left without making a purchase, not because they didn’t have what I needed, but because the way I was treated made me feel like my business wasn’t valued.
