I’ve been coming to Sweetberries for a few weeks now and can honestly say it’s hands down the best. I’ll never regret trying it out! There are always friendly faces greeting you and ready to be of services. I walked in and was immediately told about the special of the day, flavor of the day, concrete and soup. After placing an order for dine-in they give you a number and bring the food to you which is awesome for a place this size. They have 2 bathrooms which are kept clean and walls filled with art. The outdoor space is also nice although we decided to dine indoors. What prompted me to post this review however was the staff. They have a tiny window for the kitchen in which orders come out of but in that window you can clearly see into the kitchen. Even though they’re kept away, if you go up to the window you’re always greeted with smiling faces, music and someone willing and ready to help. The staff as a whole is knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10. They keep things clean and fresh and are constantly moving! So even though food can take around 15-20 minutes, it is worth the wait because you know you’re getting your food made to order and not some old crap. A few employees whose names I’ve remembered are honestly some of the kindest kids I’ve met in the service industry. I believe their names were Billy, Emily, Janice and Joy. I’ve written them down so I don’t forget but man! Please come here, it’s a cute little place with some of the best sandwiches and...

This is a restaurant with great food - sandwiches, great salads, soups, and custard. The owners moved from a very busy thoroughfare near the University of Florida due to the huge student housing project needing the location. The new restaurant used to be an old bar and has been redesigned to a cute little restaurant. They use local artists for their decor, including tabletop art. An outside eating area has been set up for use. The process of getting your food is to get in line and order, and you are handed a number and your drink cup. Self-serve drinks, and your food is brought to you. Delicious salads are available like black n blue with excellent steak and blue cheese, a gargonzola salad that is available in a perfect half size. This place has lost a lot of business due to location and loss of walk through and driving traffic. But there is plenty of parking at a...

The place was ICE cold so we sat outside and are grateful that there was some coverage as it had just rained. There was some confusion with ordering soup, it then not being on the receipt and not getting the soup and it's sad they tempeh as a substitute but no vegan cheese or vegan sauce as a substitute since it's mixed with Mayo. The guy at the register (goodlooking) was very nice. The one with the beard (and glasses?) not so much. The ladies were nice. One thing to note is that my friend handed over his card but was never asked to sign nor give a tip and since we didn't get a receipt we don't know if a tip was chosen for us. It's also not in the nicest neighborhood but they did a good job with the deck. Not as nice as their prior location. We both...

The chicken salad sandwich was fabulous. I wasn't fond of the red pepper soup, as it just started off with a very sweet, Campbell's tomato soup tase, then finished with an odd sour note. After a few bites, it simply tasted like vinegar. The potato salad was so-so. I've heard the black beans are amazing, so I'll try some different things on my next visit. It's now in an old, but very clean building and they still display artwork. The staff was friendly and the wait time on the food was nothing. Overall, I definitely recommend the sandwiches.

This little hidden gem has the best custard, shakes, concretes and sundaes. We went in for the first time and tried a couple of the custard items. If you’re looking for great custard, this is the place, we don’t try any of the food items but they seem to have great selection of sandwiches salads and hotdogs . They also have a lot of vegetarian items. We plan on going back to try the food and will update the review when we do.
