Stay away from this downtown party location. Three bars across the street. All quiet until 10ish, that’s when the crowd started rolling in, bars fill up, cars park with their trunks open, boom, boom music playing loud, women screaming, bars overflowing on to the sidewalk and it continues until 2-2:30am. Police don’t enforce the noise ordinance. At 2:03am the police pull up and run their lights and siren to disperse the crowds. ||||Complained to the front desk and all they did was offer us is ear plugs. (They even texted the ear plug offer to me). Two nights in a row, laying in bed on the third floor I can hear the music and boom boom vibration. The staff can care less. ||||Asked for the desk manager and that person was not available. Asked for the general manager and that person was not available. ||||Asked for the phone number and address of the person/company that owned this location and they could not give it to me.||||Said they would call me. It’s been three hours, crickets… I call back, but I did receive an email with my bill charging me for two nights and parking.||||At breakfast the person responsible for food prep and such was no where to be found with 1.25 hours left before the close up. No butter, dirty counters and no waffle batter. After going downstairs to ask for assistance the front desk girl had to come up look for her. When she did show up she was in no hurry to get the plate of food up of fill up the waffle batter. Everyone is in slow mode.||||Their satisfaction guarantee is a false promise, and false advertising because the don’t care, are none responsive, and pass the blame. Our complaint landed in def ears as they said we could come down and they could give us ear plugs. We have to be up by 8am, Bad location, poor service, & Disappointing stay at a Hilton Brand hotel. They should have warned us. Not to mention possible homeless in the parking garage curled up in the corner. You can’t tell me they don’t have some sort of noise ordinance. I just read other post and the hotels says their hands are tied, total BS. I’ll be requesting a refund through Hilton. Hilton/Hampton Inn needs to pulled their branding contract with this location. It clearly does not fit their standards for customer care and services.Ear plugs! People wouldn’t believe me unless I have that in writing, but guess what I do!!!! I can’t believe they put it in writing in a text to me.
1: Dear official. Unfortunately, the pillowcases, sheets and bedding in your room contain mites. That can cause itching. Most of the room was also dusty. For this reason, my wife and I, especially me, experienced extreme itching and redness of the eyes. It was impossible for us to sleep in the hotel in this state. We left the hotel and requested a refund. The hotel official just sent a message that they would attach a copy of the receipt for the stay, even we did not stay at the hotel any day or night. We arrived at around 6 pm and when we went to bed at 9.30-10.00, our body started to itch. Meanwhile, I took a shower to get rid of mites and dust. At around 11:00 we packed our things and left the room. We informed the staff in the lobby of the situation. ---PS: Even not answered!!! 2: (After 10 days) Dear official. I still wait your response that I want my money back which I payed for. Please read the complaint above I wrote you and cancel my stay. As I told, I didn't stay at this hotel any day or night because of the situation we experienced. I kindly request you to respond. ---PS: Still not answered!!! 3: I called the hotel. The one who took responsibility told me we should aşk to change the room! We shouldn't leave the hotel by ourselves! 4: I sent them also the photos which shows the dusty places and dusts in the room. 5: I sent them also the photo of my eyes which became red and vessels in the sclera became visible and thick. They still don't take responsibility. As they said, I should have allergic reaction; but not because of their hotel. ---PS: It is the first hotel I have been in my life!!!
