The employees are SO RUDE. I went 11/15 at about 10:30 PM. The lady taking orders outside was nice. She told me to stop by the yellow pole so I did. Then cars behind me were honking and flashing their lights. She was standing right next to these cars. She didn’t tell them to stop. So I asked her if it was ok for me to move up? She then said yes so I said thank you and moved up. This was my first time here, never been to a Taco Bell where an individual takes orders outside. So I drove past the order microphone. I got to the window and the employee had an attitude and said “what’s the name” I told her my name and she said “for future reference you need to tell us your name at the window.” Again with an attitude. And then a third employee outside walked up to my car and asked if I was yelling at the person taking orders outside. Mind you I have a very quiet voice and have worked service jobs. And the employee taking orders was across the parking lot when I asked “is it ok for me to move up?” So how else could she hear me if I didn’t raise my voice? I was never “yelling” or being aggressive. I explained to this third employee that I was asking that because several ppl were honking at me and flashing their lights as I was waiting to be told it was ok to move up. The employee talking to me said “ok well we ask you to stop at the pole because there are things we need to take care of inside.” I told her I understand that and again I was asking because I was repeatedly being honked at. I worked fast food for years and now retail I understand they were trying to keep their numbers down at the register. It is never that deep for them to act so aggressive and rude towards me. Read moreAfter previous issues with refunds for missing items at this location, I stopped in today for a placed pick up order and after waiting 30 minutes to get to the window, the woman at it was just very rude. I work customer service and understand being understaffed and annoyed but she tried to Convince me that my order wasn't there and mocked my roommate by listing other names until I finally gave her the order number. After which I was given our order only to find almost all of it but my stacker... which was given to me as an empty bag. Faced with waiting in an even longer line or fighting for a refund, I decided to go up to the window and get my missing stacker, where she continued to be rude and tried to berate us further. My roommate's Quesadilla was also not cut and completely missing cheese on two thirds of it. Read moreUsually that location is one of my favorite ones, but on that day, they completely forgot our order existed until we had to ask about it. The customer service was terrible, it should of been free for the hour wait we had. The customers were many, they were going to redo the order because it was not right and as we watch everyone after us get their food and get to eat, and then more, we asked about our order and it was not even up there for them to see anymore, we had to show our receipt. The lady taking the order was friendly and everything on the receipt was correct. Then we had to show them the receipt so that they could make the order.
