Wingstop Gainesville – Absolute Menace (In the Best Way) I’m from Jacksonville visiting Gainesville and ordered Wingstop delivery, fully expecting the usual game of “Will They Forget My Ranch?” But these legends? FLAWLESS EXECUTION. Wings? Crispy and sauced to perfection. Ranch? Present, because they have respect. And the fried corn? Oh. My. God. That crispy seasoned goodness had me rethinking my entire relationship with side dishes. Fries who?? Now, let’s discuss the Sprite. I took one sip, and it drop-kicked my throat. Spicier than the wings, sharper than my grandma’s church hat, fizzier than my hopes and dreams. It put hair on my chest.. Gainesville Wingstop, y’all are built different. Jacksonville Wingstops, consider this a challenge.

This wing stop location really disappointed. Spent over $50 on wings, celery and fries on a to go order (which asks specifics on how you want everything prepared). There usually won’t be anything left when my family eats wing stop. We all love the fries with seasoning and the wings! However, when we ordered from this location, there was about half of the order or more left over. There was absolutely no seasoning on the fries when we specified extra seasoning. They were bland. Usually, the fries will be pretty consistently cut, also. For whatever reason with this order, there were tons of really big pieces that would be better classified as potato logs/wedges that you would typically receive with a fried chicken order from a deli. Since there were so many chunky pieces of potatoes, they were not cooked thoroughly. And to top it all off, the wings were so overcooked it sounded like I was biting a veggie stick instead of chicken. No exaggeration, you can clearly see in the photos how dry they look and you can see down to the bone in many places. The skin broke up like powder when biting into them and there was hardly any meat left on any. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any wing stop location. I’m hoping it’s just this location, as we love wing stop as previously stated. So, maybe try another location if you’re wanting to order! Bummer.

They clearly dont give a F here, but they deserve a F. Waiting an hour for a 20 minute order of 15 wings. After all that time half my order came out barely sauced as if they just used what was last left over in the tossing bowl without adding more. Shameful. I will never eat here again. Some wings undercooked.... After waiting an hour.The employees care more about talking to their friends than working. Employees and customers aplenty not wearing masks. Do better as a company. This is driving away business. This is terrible food and service. Truly. Terrible. An hour for 15 poorly made boneless wings. 40 minutes spent in this covid hotbed of a store. Never again will i trust you with my food or money. Any other place in Gainesville makes wings better and faster. Management. What is going wrong in this restaurant? This isn't the first time youve failed, its a pattern. #WingFail.

The picture says it all, doesn't it? I'm sure the LOVELY young gentleman that is working there with such an attitude is laughing at this right now with his homies in the kitchen. If you can read this I'm sorry that you hate your job but just so you're aware I was stopping to get lunch because I just drove 3 hours to take my sick sister to an appointment to see her surgeon because she just had brain surgery so maybe think about what people could be going through before you give someone an attitude about literally not having my food. I never complain about my food I didn't even ask for my money back from this disgusting food they served me and didn't eat. My mom loved her wings so there's that but overall not a good experience at all. Horrible customer service!!

I have two complaints, the first is that I ordered some wings of one flavor and they sent them to me without flavor, second, they gave me the order without fries, that was the second time that my order came incomplete, they have already had the same errors twice in a row, My wife called to complain first, they told me I could go pick up the wings I was missing, but I already drove, I was in a lot of traffic and I'm at home and I'm not coming back again, my. suggestion the food is good, but they are failing in that service, improve that area and you will have my 5 ,stars so little they didn't give me the vegetables
