Wingstop — Restaurant in Gainesville

Orders are literally NEVER ready when they're supposed to be. Never. This last time I went in, I asked how long it was going to take (order was already supposed to be ready, mind you). Dude tells me he doesn't know. Wouldn't even check to make sure they HAD it (it was a Doordash order, so I needed to make sure they'd received the order and know about how long it would take for them to make it). Just told me he didn't know how long it would be and refused to find out. Asked for a manager multiple times to no avail. Turns out the manager was cooking alongside the other employees and never spoke up that she was the manager. The cashier got an attitude with me because I told him I at least needed him to please check and make sure he HAD the order, because I didn't want to be waiting for no reason. Dude (didn't see a name tag, unfortunately) said something under his breath which I couldn't understand, and one thing I COULD -- the N-word. Now, I'm white and he was black, but regardless, he shouldn't be saying that word to a customer who's asking for an ETA on their order. It's not even worth the hassle to go there anymore because the service is so sorry now. I ended up cancelling a very good order because I waited over 20 mins and STILL didn't even know if they HAD the order. Other people were also waiting 30+ mins for THEIR orders while I was in there. Everybody in that place just needs to be replaced and the new employees trained properly, or they just need to shut it down. No excuse for that kind of treatment. Yes, I...

I went in today.  I am a faithful customer.  I decided to eat in today instead of getting to go.  HUGE mistake.  I notice a few people had come in after me & left.  The young man sees me looking at my receipt, as I'm getting irritated & he asks me my name.  He goes on to find my order stacked 3 orders down in a bag.  I clearly told the young lady who took the order that it was dine in.  The young man claims he called my name and no one answered.  I was sitting by the counter so I know that is not true.  The one other dine in family, I heard him clearly call their name.  He never called anyone else. Aside from the cold food, drinks in machine were out or tasted like Alka Seltzer. I asked about & was informed they are out of syrup. Them knowing that, customers should be told that so we can make informed choices regarding where we want to eat. They said nothing & let us just discover. I asked for refund because I was over this. Told no! No apology or anything from cashier. The young man did try to make it better with some fresh fries, after I asked and a drink in the bottle (that part he was at least proactive on.) Very POOR customer service! If you know your proper supplies are not in, be forthcoming.  If you know someone is dine in, why is it even in a bag? This wing stop location really disappointed. Spent over $50 on wings, celery and fries on a to go order (which asks specifics on how you want everything prepared). There usually won’t be anything left when my family eats wing stop. We all love the fries with seasoning and the wings! However, when we ordered from this location, there was about half of the order or more left over. There was absolutely no seasoning on the fries when we specified extra seasoning. They were bland. Usually, the fries will be pretty consistently cut, also. For whatever reason with this order, there were tons of really big pieces that would be better classified as potato logs/wedges that you would typically receive with a fried chicken order from a deli. Since there were so many chunky pieces of potatoes, they were not cooked thoroughly. And to top it all off, the wings were so overcooked it sounded like I was biting a veggie stick instead of chicken. No exaggeration, you can clearly see in the photos how dry they look and you can see down to the bone in many places. The skin broke up like powder when biting into them and there was hardly any meat left on any. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any wing stop location.
