Placed an order on line and when I put in my credit card it said it was decline for address or zip code was wrong. I tried 3 times and it said the same thing. The charges showed up on my bank so I called the store to let them know about the charges. When I called I was eminently put on hold. After 20 minutes I decided to head to the store to speak to them about it. When I got to the store and told the girl at the register that I was on hold for 20 minutes she started laughing at me. I told her not to laugh and then she picked up the phone to take an in coming call. I hung up the phone on her and then she decided to get someone, I guess he was the manger on duty. I told him about what happened with the website and my card and his response was we don't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked when I was on hold so I had to tell him again what happen. I showed him my charges for the order on my phone and he said again we don't handle that you have to call corporate or your bank. Then he asked if I had the right store. I looked it up on my phone and it had 866 for the store number. He said ya that's us but we don't have no order for you. He never once apologized for the problem or ask if I wanted them to make it. His whole attitude was oh well. This was the first time I tried to use this place and I will never go...

My order was a mess...I ordered Large 5 pc Crispy Tender Combo that came with a 32oz drink and Cheese Fries as well as an addon of 5 more Tenders for $16.97 and by the time I gave DoorDash their cut along with the driver's tip, my total was $28.00 Then my order got here I was so ready to eat... So I opened my bag and pulled out my Togo boxes only to find out that one, my fries were not well done as I had requested and the cheese to fries ratio was so far off base... There wasn't enough cheese on my fries to cover an 8th of the fires that were in the box and they were soft as mush... and that the 5 extra Tenders I had ordered were not in the bag but I had been given 5 extra boneless Chicken Nuggets that I did not want... I wanted Tenders...
Well, I was going to give Wingstop 2 stars... However, I just called talked to the Wingstop Manager and He informed me that it was the DoorDash menu that was wrong because they don't offer extra Tenders they only offer extra boneless chicken Wings... So for that reason, I am willing to give 3 1/2 stars because even though the chicken is good it's nothing to write home to mother about... So the bottom line is... In the end, DoorDash did give me a $10.00 DoorDash credit for the Fries not being...
Read moreUp until yesterday, we have only had positive experiences with WingStop. Yesterday, during the "busy time", was different. I ordered dinner to be picked up at 5 PM. When I arrived, I asked if that was everything and was confidently told yes - my mistake, I should have checked. When I got home and pulled out my meal, my fries were missing. I'm sorry, but I spent $46 on this meal and for my fries to be missing was a great disappointment. I called WingStop to let them know and I was asked if I would like a credit or if I was coming back. I found neither option to be acceptable. I was home with three small children and had no way of running back out. I asked that an exception be made, and they send someone out to bring me my fries. I was told no. I am still not happy with either option WingStop offered me. When I told them this, I was not offered an apology, but an excuse stating "we have been really busy". I highly advise you check your meals before you leave so you are not met with the same...
