Was a long wait in the drive thru with nobody dining in..I didn't mind waiting although customers behind me in my lane did end up leaving..not sure why they chose not to run in and order as there wasn't anyone inside..I couldn't back up was at the inside order spot waiting patiently as I figured they were just trying to catch up..mind you this is 5 pm would think that they would have been prepared a little for dinner rush or something but could tell they were understaffed and needed help so was being patient..was craving a coffee as it was a rainy damp cool evening ( all day) finally young lady very apologetically asks my order..I ask for a small coffee and was told all out asked if they would be brewing any soon as I would wait for it was told not too sure about that...said you aren't making any more coffee ( now this is a perfect day for warm beverages ,cold damp wet weather and they don't have any 😩) was told don't know about that ma'am ( so in other words NO) most would be upset ,as I was but not the person to take it out on this girl so got an order medium onion rings..proceed to window after a 10+ minute wait to order..had to wait for that at window another 7+ minutes when got my order..was rather small and cold...this particular one never had issues before..they are in obvious need of help BIG TIME!! only one time I've ever experienced this here.. only time ever been so...
Read moreI had this a 5 star months ago and since and it has gotten bad. No matter what time of day, it will be a 30+ minute wait in line, no matter if you order on the app or drive through, it will take FOREVER. You will have to repeat your order multiple times and it still will not be correct. They may tell you the next window but it’s actually the NEXT windows and have you sit at the wrong one for ages. Then you will sit at the correct window for as little as 15 minutes and they will just throw your food once it’s ready. But while you are waiting, they will walk out and serve the car behind you and still won’t acknowledge you waiting or apologize the long time, cuz why would they? This is their new standard! I understand covid worn businesses and people thin but this is basic stuff. Zero customer service, zero rush, waste of time to get food from here.
UPDATE: I went in the next day and got my replacement meal. The manager on duty was rude and only handed me the sandwich in fries. I asked for a drink since I wanted a complete meal. Was given attitude and was told “didn’t you get a drink last time?” Well yeah, I threw it away with the rest of my wrong order. She gave me a cup saying “this time I’ll give you a drink but not next time.” If you’re gonna comp someone’s order that you messed up on, COMP THE WHOLE THING. Never...
Read moreJust went here to get an Italian Chicken Sandwich, staff was extremely rude for no reason the entire time we were there and its like 10:30 AM. It rubbed me the wrong way. My partner was driving and did not hear the lady at the first window tell him to stop "behind the black pole" before we got to the 2nd window. The girl at the 2nd window told him to back up. He didn't because there was another car behind us. She handed him the wrong order, and when he said it wasn't ours and gave his name that they had asked for, she got very unpleasant, and so I asked for a refund because I was not hungry after being treated so poorly. When I requested the refund, the girl at the window said she couldn't refund me at the 2nd window where I was. My partner asked for the manager and so the manager finally comes with my food and my partner said no, we wanted a refund at this point, so the manager disappears for a few minutes and returns with the money. The service here is always borderline questionable, but we come here when we want BK because it's close to our home. We will go...
