The young, African American, female "so called" Manager, here, is just awful! (She had an earring in her nose.)
She couldn't be any more rude, unprofessional or lazy.
I would NEVER want HER representing MY business, if I owned that Little Caesar's Pizza location.
There IS an excellent employee that works at this location, however. HE should be the Manager, of the place! His name is Pete Meyers.
He is polite, respectful, hardworking and I would LOVE for HIM to represent my business.
He's an ideal employee, and a VERY valuable asset to your company!
My first interaction, with him, occurred over the telephone. He, very politely, explained the way things worked at the Little Caesar's Pizza store, I called, (complete with, "Yes, ma'am 's," and, "No ma'am's," and thanked me, for my call. I was, thoroughly, impressed!
When I arrived at the store, I was sure to find him, and let him know, he "made my night," and that I, "was super impressed with his demeanor." He thanked me, and I asked him if there was a Manager, available, who I could talk to. He told me, "Yes," and he went and got the young, African American, female I referred to above.
Her name was Olivia, and HER behavior, was appalling. SHE was SO unprofessional, I couldn't believe SHE was the Manager! HER behavior was the total opposite of Pete Meyer's.
I told her, I "wanted to bring to her attention, the experience I had had with Pete Meyers," and told her what a great experience I had dealing with him. She remarked, "I know," in answer to my remark about what a great employee, he was. She, IN NO WAY, made a note of my comment regarding the gentleman, (Pete Meyers.) I was disturbed by the interaction, but, just left the store, doing nothing.
I came back to the establishment, two weeks, later. Both of the same employees were there, the second night I came into the same store location, too. I had, initially, called on the telephone. The phone just rang and rang, and rang, and no one picked up. No one picked up the phone, and answered it...I called the phone number back, at least, twenty+ times. (It was the same situation I had experienced the first time, I chose to try this Little Caesar's Pizza location.) The Manager's behavior was unacceptable.
Eventually, SHE, FINALLY, answered the telephone. I told her, I "wanted to order a deep dish, (Detroit Style,) mushroom pizza," and she informed me that, "unless I was ordering five or more pizzas I could not place an order over the phone and that I would have to come in." I told her, "I had had a problem, the last time I came in," and that, "I didn't want to wait, (this time,) for my pizza."
To make a long story short, after I, repeatedly, protested, and told her how I was treated, she said, "Okay, I'll get your pizza started," and hung up the phone. When I arrived, my pizza was not even started! I had to wait over 15 minutes. AGAIN, her behavior was unacceptable. She, eventually, came from the back of the store, didn't look at me, and said to Pete, "Where's your mushroom pizza?" shoving it at him.
I told Pete, he, "should be the Manager," and explained how "unprofessional," she was, toward me, and explained what had happened. I asked him, for both of their names, so I could make a complaint about my horrible experience, and to bring his behavior to the Owner's attention. I have since lost the piece of paper, with the names of the employees on it, (but, I THINK I remember enough, for you to figure out who I am referring to.)
I knew the Owner, would appreciate the feedback. If it was MY store, I would, WITHOUT A DOUBT, get rid of her, and make "Pete" the Manager, instead. Again, HE is a total asset to your establishment. SHE a detriment.
Call the store, yourself, and experience what I went through. You will see, exactly, what I am talking about, I'm sure. (I'm VERY surprised she was put in the position of "Manager," in the first place...and you missed how professional Pete Meyer is.)

Read moreI was not greeted as I walked in, nor were any of the other customers. I came to this location during my lunch break after noticing the "hot and ready" & "no waiting" messages on the website for the $5 lunch combo. I had to place my order and wait 10-15 minutes. I observed as the young woman taking orders stood in front of the register on her cell phone as a customer walked in and stood there looking at her, waiting for her to get off of her phone so he could place his order. Then, I watched as the phone rang and the same young lady came up front from the back, looked at the phone, then turned around and went back into the back and let the phone continue to ring. That could have been a customer calling to place an order! Lastly, right before I received my order a woman walked in asking for the $5 lunch combo and said that if it was not ready then she could not wait. The young lady behind the counter told her that it was not ready. The customer walked out, and a gentlemen who appeared to be the manager went running after her and told her outside that it would only take a few minutes. As I was leaving I heard her tell him that this was a continuous thing. The food was delicious, however the customer service needs a lot of help. Read moreI had not gone here in quite some time. I used to work in the school system and at that time little Caesars was the school pizza it was good then. This time OMG the worst, horrible, nasty pizza I have ever eaten and there are some nasty pizza places out there as we all know. The grease dripped through the box onto my seat as I did take out. When I opened it up you could not even pick it up it was like runny soup so disgusting. I waited awhile and tried to eat it again later on this time I was able to pick it up and it and I wished I never took a bite it was horrible, nasty. I threw it away not worth eating it and getting sick as I would bet if I ate it I would have gotten sick as a dog and ended up with nasty diarrhea. The best part as this took balls after I left they charged an additional tip to my order without my knowledge until I looked at my credit card statement and saw they placed another charge.
