We went in to sit down to chill and have something to drink but there were two young employees working there on a Friday afternoon. They did not say welcome or hi or anything. Or acknowledge someone walk-in to the register to order something. We wanted to order a âcappuccino blast with caramelâ one of the girls said âOh we donât have caramelâ. she did not say âoh sorry we donât have caramelâ She had an attitude in her voice. We ended up to get different drinks. We wanted to sit down, It was only 4 oâclock in the afternoon. The guy who was working there told us that we could not sit down even though iâve been to this location before, Iâve always liked it and we were allowed to sit down. When I asked âare you closedâ and if something changed here because we couldnât sit down he said âitâs always been like thatâ. So when I asked the young lady who was not really friendly she told us âoh just flip the chair and sit by the doorâ She did not tell us âoh sorry looks like there was a misunderstandingâ or âthe guy didnât know you can sitâ. All the chairs were up on the table. Overall the experience just ruined my afternoon...
   Read moreSo we stopped by on a last minute decision for. Delicious ice cream cone (yes it was 30 degrees, but when an urge hits, it hits hard). Anyway it was roughly 15 minutes before closing and they were out of Rocky Road ice cream so I settled for Chocolate and my wife had butter pecan.
As we started our drive home we realized both flavors were victims of freezer burn. Sadly not the first time Iâve been disappointed at Dunkinâs (maybe you should combine baskin and Dunkinâs). Of course we turned around but the store was closed and we could get our money back.
I think it is ridiculous that something you are known for was so horrible we tossed them. Seriously, your profits wonât be around much longer if you continue to
1). Put profits way ahead of quality 2). Just give anyone a license to sell your product 3). Ignore quality control.
I wonât be back to this location (4 strikes is very generous) regardless of my need for ice cream
Regardless I want my $10 back, I donât want a credit because Iâll never go...
   Read moreI walked in to pick up my online order. The employee came from the back with phone in one hand watching a YouTube video and a glove on the other hand. I know I came in early to pick up my food that I made online so I patiently waited. While waiting. I noticed the employee set his phone onto the counter where food is prepared. On the other hand, he had a glove and proceeded to grab the food from the refrigeration unit and build my order. I asked him to change the gloves. He said my glove is clean. I said you were just holding your cell phone. He looked at me condescendingly he then ripped off his gloves. Proceeded to not wash his hands and put on new gloves. Then looked at me and said is that good? I told him you should wash your hands. It's required by the health department. Before putting on new gloves. He prepared the order. There were flies flying around inside the location. Multiple health department violations visually seen. 7/28 7:26p please I hope management can teach him decent simple food...
