It seems, since the new model opened at Dorrance town road the place looks nice and clean but there is never a enough front people to wait on you the last 3 times I was there I had to wait a good 3 to 5 minutes when nobody was up front and then when they took my water the cashier stopped what I was doing to go pick up prude to deliver to the people in the dining Room said to wait another 3 minutes formed a comeback and that he did the same thing after me I thought that was just a fluke but then I was in there tonight and the same thing happened all over again I've seen 3 or poor people walk out of the place because they weren't being waited on a novice soon to be one of them you need this you need to modernize it I mean people can sit there at the register and look and see all the people in the back working making sandwiches doing that but nobody took from waiting on the people not a good not a good design I will AI when be surprised if your business has started to go down and I put other people talk about the fact that this no soda machine out front like the used to have and like all the other ones have in the area that doesn't bother me that much kosonen drink that much but I know a lot of people like to go up there and you know while top off their drink a little bit I don't know where they just want water and they can the you they keekit water unless he weight that line again anyway just my...

Twice I have ordered and they claim to not find the order didn’t bother looking at my email or app receipt or even the fact that I literally got charged. They lied and told me to take it up with mobile customer service. When I called mobile customer service they told me that was false and any money refunds should be handled at the location upon seeing my receipt of my mobile order. The manager is rude and acted annoyed by even having to walk over. The staff who was handling the order except for one was very rude and condescending and made me drive back around again after I said I paid and checked in with the first window. My son is Autistic and having to drive away without what he gets every time to come back and still have the problem unresolved triggered him. I ended up paying again just to ease my son. (German Shepard) and the Manager/Employee at the time (didn’t get a name) I assume he was the manager because he was wearing slacks and a blue polo/business style shirt. He told me and my family that we are not allowed here, I asked one of the workers, before we were “kicked out” if it was just this establishment’s/store policy. The employee said yes, and that it was posted on the storefront sign, I looked at the sign and the sign said Service Animals Welcome. Although this is why I am writing this review.
