I just moved from gallatin tn to KY. my phones location still picks up from there sometimes when I look up places, not thinking I called them to order. Placed my order and went to my local KY “DM” there we realized I made a mistake and called the wrong location I placed my order, and waited for my food. It was a rather large order ($100) to be exact, so while waiting at the correct place for my food, I went to call the Gallatin location to explain the mishap, I forgot my phone at the house.. so I got my food got home and my phone is ringing I answer it and it’s this location, I begin to explain what happened and the guy was RUDE. And when I said rude I mean R-U-D-E!! He kept cutting me off and started yelling. Saying I called the other location to place my order so why couldn’t I call him? No in fact I didn’t call my local location I called you, and didn’t realize til I went to get my food from the wrong store, but he would not allow me to speak, he continued to scream saying he called me numerous times I could’ve answered ( I left my phone at home) trying to tell him he didn’t care all he cared about was being a ASSWHOLE! I work in customer service as a Manager of 6 years at a store, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HANDLE BUISNESS. when I come down to visit family we WILL NOT BE STOPPING HERE, to spend the usual $500 for my grandmothers birthday like we normally do. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered them being rude I just choose this place because it’s my grandmas favorite food. But we will not be returning EVER again. Btw dude, if your reading this, shove the Food up your...

Read moreI went in Sunday 09/30 with my wife and my father. The server seated us in the bar section.
All of the staff were engrossed in the football game. Whenever the server would bring anything to the table, he was too busy watching the game to interact with us. Everytime he took something to the customers on the patio he did so at a run so he could get back in to watch the game.
At the end of the game, all of the staff (all the servers, the cooks, and the cashiers) started screaming, shouting, dancing around the restaurant, and hugging each other. Someone started using a spin rattle which the sound of was extremely loud.
I immediately left due to all of the noise causing me issues. My family had to get up and go get the server for our bill. When they walked to the register, the cashier ignored them until my father walked back into the bar area and got her.
My family explained the situation to cashier, whose only response was "oh ok, your total is..."
It was the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I have eaten all over the country.
If I could rate it 0...
