Waffle House — Restaurant in Gallatin

The restaurant was filthy and the staff was not much better. All of the tables needed to be busted and cleaned. The restaurant was empty and when I initially arrived a female waitress (younger white with brown hair) was standing outside appeared to be smoking. She then proceeded to walk inside coughing up a lung without even attempting to cover her mouth while she just looked at me observing her. As I sat in the restaurant after they had to clean a table she continued to cough and not once covering her mouth. The waitress then began to place her hand in her mouth while what appeared to rubbing a back tooth. She did this over and over while just looking in my direction. This was my first experience at this Waffle House location and my last. The waitress needs to find another...

It's gonna be a no from me. So it was 11 am when I came across nott one, but 2 pieces of hair cooked into the egg on my Bacon Eggg and Cheese Texas Melt; BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!* When my girlfriend informed them of the grievance, while they did take it off the bill and immediately cook me a new one, they then proceeded to joke casually (the cook and the server) about how they were "Just adding a little extra to take home with them." Yeah, that definitely made me want to come back and enjoy not only "extra care" applied to my sandwiches, but also the apathetic approach to customer care and complaints. The food was ok at best . The main problem was my waitress though , this woman while taking my order shoves her fingers in her mouth repeatedly attempting to retrieve a hair that she finally secured. I understand that a hair in your mouth is quite uncomfortable however pulling it out in front of someone that you are about to serve a meal to is a little garish. The worst part of tge whole thing was the fact that she didn't go and wash her hands immediately after , she just carried on with her work as though it were normal and acceptable behavior. Needless to say I will never return...
