10/9/2024; Initial issue with delivery. Ordered through the Little Cesar's website, driver took 11 min. from gate to door, the distance is 1 - 2 min. at most, I can see the gate from my door. Next, pizza was cold. GM told me that was a delivery concern and not his issue. Next, the pizza dough was not allowed to rise. Consequently the pizza is flat and doughy. Additionally, the pizza is a light beige color, also indicative of an under cooked, poorly proofed pizza. Spoke to the GM. He would not offer a refund and because of the negative interaction and his rude approach, I did not trust the integrity of a pizza he was charged with making. He stated that there was no one other than he who could address my concern. He would not offer more than a 15% refund on a pizza I paid full price for. I have pictures of the pizza, I have pictures of the pizza I threw in the trash, I have a picture of a closed trash can with an under-prepped & cooked pizza. I have paid $23. I have not good to reflect that expense. I will need an immediate refund. I eat or ate at that location at least once or so a week. If the GM I spoke with represents the entire SE region, which he implied, then I need to speak with a national representative. This should have been handled at the store level. It is 8:47 p.m. I am more interested in dinner than dealing with this foolishness. This was an easy resolution. Either happily remake the pizza and not make me feel you'll spit in my pizza or offer my money back. Records will show my regular patronage. Records will also show I will never frequent this location and I will be posting...
Read moreWhen I go to Little Caesars if I want an extra most bestest I asked for the extra most bestest I went into the Gallatin Tennessee location and this boy work in the front counter who looks like he just come out of the circus and I wouldn't really want him touching my food anyway and I asked for a large sausage pizza which last I knew was $5 so he he tells me my total is $6.56 or so turns around hand grabs an extra most bestest and puts on the counter so realizing the circus reject doesn't understand English I ask for a manager which surprisingly there's no one there to give direction so I asked for someone else to take my order so it goes and talks to two people and a girl who is ordinary-looking comes to the register I asked her for a large sausage and what do you know she turns around and grabs an extra most bestest. So if Little Caesars doesn't sell just your basic large pizzas no more why are they on the menu. So if you want to go and look at a circus reject and get something that cost more money and it's totally not what you ask for go to the Little Caesars in Gallatin Tennessee they'll be sure to screw up your order. And I really liked Little Caesars but from now on I will take my business to another...
Read moreFull disclosure: I ordered delivery from this location (thank you, Door Dash) and the food arrived hot and the drink arrived cold, so thanks to both Little Casears and DD for that.
This review is solely about the new Little Caesars Crazy Puffs, so if you've been wanting to try them, here's my take. They're OK. Nothing bad, but I was expecting something lighter and airier (given that "puff" is in the name). The Crazy Puffs are actually really dense, doughy, and heavy. The flavor is good---nice amount of cheese and sauce--and the top and edges of the puffs are nicely browned but when you bite into them, they're just really heavy adn dense. Not what I was hoping for, which is not to say they were not made correctly--they probably were! No shade on this location, as I said the flavor was good, the packaging was on point, and the puffs arrived hot.
I'm just pointing out to anyone who was looking for something light and airy (as something named a puff might be), this is probably not what you're looking for. That said, it's an inexpensive menu item, so you might want to try it and see for yourself if you like them. Just thought I'd share...
