A Breath of Fresh Air !!! I became involved with Worthington Gallery through participation in an auction on the Invaluable Platform. A statue I purchased disappointingly arrived broken beyond repair. I contacted Worthington through the Invaluable platform and Ashley responded to me almost immediately with an apology and a request for pictures of the object and the box it arrived in. On that initial contact, Ashley assured me that one way or another, I would be reimbursed. After a few weeks of waiting for a decision from the insurer, Ashley informed me of their denial and she again assured me that Worthington would be sending me a check. Yesterday (12/19/2021), a check for 100% of the money I paid for the item and associated fees was returned to me. I can not express how pleased and gratified I was and am for the professionalism and integrity of Worthington Galleries. I would not hesitate to do business with them for a second. I thank you and applaud...
Read moreAs a self-proclaimed lover of art and antiquities, I've had my fair share of experiences with auction houses, both good and bad. But let me tell you, Worthington Galleries has truly set the bar high for all others to follow. From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to customer service was nothing short of admirable. When I reached out with questions about a particular painting I was interested in, their team was incredibly responsive and provided me with all the information I needed in a timely manner. And when it came time to ship the piece, I was blown away by the care and thought they put into packaging it safely. I don't think I've ever seen such a sturdy and well-crafted container for a piece of art before. All in all, my experience with Worthington Galleries was a true pleasure, and I cannot recommend them enough to fellow art lovers out there looking for a reliable and stress-free...

After a week of waiting for a shipment, I was told it would be shipped the following week, and that their curator would provide me with a CoA for insurance purposes. The items didn't ship for another 2 or 3 weeks, and the gallery didn't respond to countless emails and messages on the Invaluable platform. When the items arrived finally, I realized not only did they not provide a CoA, but the items were counterfeit. Acid and X-Ray test confirmed there is no gold in these items whatsoever. In addition to that act of fraud, the items are still listed on their website for sale, which one could also call fraudulent as they are no longer in possession of the items. I was assured weeks before they shipped the items would be taken down from the site, and they still...
