update 8/24/25: Food was good and everyone was so nice! yay
Foods always good here, I just keep remembering a bad experience I had here a few months ago with the guy in drive through...i was asking him how much the price difference was for small med or large and he was making fun of me acting like he didnt hear me then acted like he didnt understand what i was asking then he kept repeating what i was asking him...he laughed in the background and u could hear the people laughing because i was asking how much the price was to get a large. med, or small...then when the manager comes up to talk to me he laughed like it was funny...very unprofessional....for a manager...so it takes 2 stars from my over all experience...sorry guys. I barley went bk since my experience...It was better and food is still great thank you new...
Read moreOrdered the chicken sandwich. I was picturing a delectable sandwich like the one in all the ads. What I got instead was so disappointing. A dark brown and flat crust on the chicken, not golden and crisp. Two limp, almost rubbery pickle slices. Bland mayo. It was gross. To make things worse, the person at the window got my order mixed up with another order. She over-charged me. I had to pull over and wait while they sorted it out. The guy told me I would be refunded the over- charge, but I'm not so sure. I called back later, but the manager denied anything was wrong with the charge to my debit card. I still don't feel good about that. What ever happened to the saying, "The customer is always right." In the end, both the sandwich and the mix up with the charge left me with a bad taste...
Read moreThe six dollar burger was not fresh nor cooked when ordered, but seemed to have been sitting in the hot pan (or wherever) for quite a while. It made for a very unpleasant meal, so be advised when ordering the six dollar burger. In addition, the service was deplorable; I asked clearly for the large meal, but was given a small fry, to which I told the manager. The manager was not nice nor did she apologize for the mistake, but rather, quite bluntly and rather rudely said, "That'll be thirty-eight cents." I was taken aback as I expected an immediate apology and be given a large fry as a measure of good customer service, yet not, instead the manager, exasperated, said, "It's only thirty-eight cents." Unbelievable. Avoid this place. You're better off at any other fast...
