Slow service poor service for menu pricing. Ordered medium rare NY strip steak by the time the order came out 25 minutes later the steak was medium, medium well. when I brought it to my servers attention he got the owner/cook and he informed me he cook it til 130 degrees not knowing that if you cook a steak to 130 and let it rest that the steak will continue to cook and could jump up to the next donees in the process. Then the son of the owner came to my table a proceeded to argue with me and doubt my credibility as I am a classically trained chef and have worked at steakhouses in Las Vegas Nevada. He told me that he doubted it and I was in the wrong don’t get me wrong for a 20 dollar steak sure I won’t complain but when your steaks start at 40 dollars a guest shouldn’t have to argue with the owners on who’s right or wrong and call the guest a liar. In the process. I don’t recommend this restaurant for customer service alone and then you add the fact that I had to debate to get a reorder on an obviously over cooked steak. I just paid for my girlfriend’s wings and our drinks and left unsatisfied. Save your money and your time, and avoid this place...

Yikes! We were so excited to try this place but it fell exceptionally flat. This seriously had to be one of the worst cuts of steak I have ever had in my life. Honestly, I think Denny's has a better steak. This was all Gristle and was not cooked to request at all. Not trying to be mean, but I would not serve this to somebody and call it a steak. The appetizers were better than expected but I didn't come here for appetizers, I really wanted a steak. I don't mind paying good money for a good meal, but this was way too expensive for how bad it was. Honestly I think I ended up throwing away half of the meal. I just lost my appetite it was so bad. However, the chicken wings were exceptional so maybe if you're just going here to drink beer and eat chicken wings it would be okay. But I would not recommend this Steakhouse anybody who wanted...

Came here for Mother’s Day, ordered the special, but upon cashing out I was charged regular price, and special sign was removed. Sever forgot stuff I requested and kept coming back to check on us only to realize she kept forgetting things I asked for which were no longer needed. Rib-eye had a lot of ligaments, wasn’t pleasant. Wings were over sauced, and undercooked. California burrito was small, and meat tough. It was just ok, I guess I thought some things were cooked the same as when it was coal street. For example the burgers and wings, but now I know everything changed, and I probably won’t return here...
