Welp! We were doing good Arby's. I was actually on my way to making an excellent review for this place.. and I still partially will. I can't give beyond 3 stars right now though (was 2..) after the order I just received. You guys need to check your employees that work after 4pm ASAP! Y'all meals are way too expensive for this. Anytime I've gone early in the day, before 5pm, the food is always hot, fresh, made correctly and very fast. Honestly, my original review would've sounded like, "If you need someplace to eat when your in a hurry, and it still be of great quality, then this is your spot!" However, I can now only say this for the hours BEFORE 5PM! Because after that, you might wind up with what I got today: A gyro so soaked in sauce that the bread pretty much turned to a glob of wow. Just WOW! I mean.. I can't figure out the vendetta these workers seem to have against me! Lol! I didn't even order anything special.. definitely not extra sauce. But I got it... almost as if I was being taught a lesson. Lmao! Well I learned. No more after 4pm trips there for me. Or maybe this was just a bad day. Either way, this just a little reminder to managers out there of how fast one or two careless employees can not only turn a good review bad, but potentially lose you some customers, like if someone takes this review too seriously. Even make people look at your establishment a whole different way. I was really about to come here and highly recommend this location over all others in the area. I can only mildly recommend now. Not so sure about night time. As always, some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, like maybe the gyro made right, and assurance that I shouldn't experience this again, and I'll surely change my review and give more stars. But I waited like 15 minutes for this meal, which cost me nearly $15!!! All to get that.. slop in the photo. If it's not under my review, look in photos-- you'll see it. Can't miss it.. lol! The meal is over at that point. But daytime, you guys keep it up. Hey, maybe even have a talk with your night ppl. Give em some pointers. You are the only reason there...
Read moreI work at Arby's but not this one, I work at the Dearborn store which is in the same district as garden City is , I came in with my family because they live down the street from this location, I ordered a $11 lunch and ask the manager for a employee discount which is 50% off which would save me $5.50 , the manager asked the general manager if I could have it and the general manager said no it's against policy when I looked into it further I asked my other manager where I work they said that they do it for there employees why can't she do it for you, when I told her this she then said well it's the discretion of the general manager, I felt embarrassed because I was with my family, I take pride in where I work I've worked for Arby's for a year and a half now and I go the extra mile in everything that I do I get outstanding reviews, yeah but this general manager at this location decided not to give me a five dollar discount and her answer was like I said at first the rules but then she changed it to it's her discretion i ask her so your discretion is not to give me the discount, her reply was yes, I felt betrayed from Arby's for all the hard work that I do I'm just getting a $5 discount, my store told me to come to their store and they would have done it no problem but the fact of the matter was I was right down the street from the store with my family because they live around the corner but my family does not want to come to garden City Arby's store anymore after that disappointing altercation, the general manager at garden City Arby's did not even say sorry or give me a better answer than its her discretion my family thought it was rude and inconsiderate other than that my food was...
Read moreThe food is always well prepared at this particular Arby's, and the staff is always pleasant. I'm writing to leave a comment particularly for today, July 7, 2025. It was around 6:30 pm when I went inside to pick up an order I had placed via the Arby's app. I have to be honest, I've never seen the place this busy before. Drive -thru line was long, most parking spots filled, and a large crowd in front of the counter. Everybody in the back worked steadily, and the young woman dealing with all of us in front of the counter was doing her best to move quickly, while retaining her courtesy and composure. It was indeed an overwhelming situation. I wish I had gotten her name! I just wanted to give her and the others there working hard some credit. People are always quick to acknowledge the mistakes (and I understand that), it's just easy to forget when others are actually trying their best to make sure things...
