Krystal — Restaurant in Garden City

Our first time this far South and mannnn, I do not want to be the one to call out the stereotype. I'm a North Carolinian myself but the trip to this restaurant really had me rethinking everything I thought I knew. First things first, the guy that took our order typed in everything wrong. He went back and forth with my boyfriend for over 10 minutes trying to explain what we were actually trying to order and what was rang up. We only ordered a #4 which is 5 Krystal burgers and a side of chili cheese fries or tater tots. Finally, the cashier goes to get a manager. 🙌🏼 The manager fixes the order and gives my boyfriend the correct change. He comes to tell us they are all out of sweet tea (no problem, we get lemonade). Well, we get our food and it's not even the right food! We got plain fries but we ordered chili cheese tater tots. Anyway, we were not trying to bother going back because talking to that cashier we both felt like we lost brain cells. We get to Wormsloe and sit down to eat our food. The fries were average and the burgers looked and tasted like they were 3d printed. Do not recommend. Not a good experience for our first time...

Omg.....this has to be the very worse fast food restaurant I’ve been too in my 60 years on this earth. There is no customer service at all, the counter girl was clueless and could not get our order right, and I believe there was only 1 other person working in back. We ordered 4 breakfast biscuits and chicken nuggets to eat inside. It took them an hour to bring our biscuits out and they were cold and not fit to eat. Get this our biscuits weren’t wrapped they were thrown on one paper plate , so the four of us had to hold our biscuits bare handed . They were not busy at all either; one person at the drive through and a couple eating in. They screwed up the drive through guys order, so he came in and complained. It was just a fiasco , dirt unorganized , no customer service or eye contact, the owner of this business needs to cut his losses and close the loser. I didn’t want to give it a star at all, but I needed to warn other customers to save their time and money and avoid this place. It is a shame I’ve been to the Krystal’s in Rincon and it...

Waste of time! I wanted to go because we don't have this restaurant where I'm from. The cheese fries were old, I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, I wanted some ice cream & the machine was down...I didn't hold that against them too much because it was about 1:30 in the morning. But considering how they're open 24 hours a day, I'm thinking it should've been up. I ordered cheese fries without the chilli and as you can see in the picture, the box was turned up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or something. The cheese was getting hard like it had been sitting out & the fries were old. I'm not from here so I just dealt with it but when I come back it won't be a place I go to regardless of how late they stay open! I'll just go to waffle house, even though I have...
