KFC — Restaurant in Garden City

I really wish I can give no star’s. This KFC in Garden City is disgusting. The employees here are unprofessional, don’t speak when you come in to order, stand around look at you 5-10 minutes go back to talking on there phones, cursing, discussing how they should leave this job and about applying at other places, rude is a complaint for this place it’s far worst. I seen one older lady who fix the orders she never says anything walk around like a deer in head lights… just lost instead of putting her foot down. If they don’t want to work leave, fire, rehire workers that value a job… You got customers paying their hard earned money for this childish, immature employee’s that just want to clown and laugh around while taking orders at drive thru.. I don’t know who the manager is but if he/she condones this behavior they need to grow up as well. How is this place even still open with the disrespectful behavior. I’m not old but It’s a whole different generation now from me growing up with parents that installed moral, value, respect, professionalism. This place got to do better because it’s you’re lose of money/ business if not..If you know better then you do better… I hope this review get in the right hands of CEO or reliable manager...

A classmate and I had stopped there late on Monday evening after class on our way back into Savannah from Pooler. When we were trying to order the person taking the order was not listening and having conversations with other staff members, having us repeat our order multiple times. And she was not thrilled with the fact that we had two separate orders. When we had gotten up to the window the kid seemed like he didn't know what all was going on and spoke like he was quite illiterate. The manager was in the back yelling about the fact that we had two separate orders. And when we had gotten their order they did not offer us any sauces for my popcorn chicken for my classmates chicken finger meal, nor have they put napkins in the bag which we did not realize until we had pulled off. The chicken tasted and felt like it had been sitting out and then refried...

Whoever the new lady is at the drive-thru window today around 5:15 pm, she needs to be retrained. She doesn’t know a side comes with a kids meal and she’s super rude. I got NO side in my bag and when I inquired, she literally tried to force me to take an apple sauce when the menu explicitly states YOUR choice of a side and list about 4 options for the kids meal. Then, I didn’t even get a receipt, straws, or napkins. When I asked for sauce she hurriedly walked off in the middle of me asking. I had to wait and ask again. I also had to go back around the drive-thru and ask for a manager to get the side that I wanted with the kids meal. Whoever the owner of this establishment is, needs to have his/her friends take a trip to this restaurant and order from the drive-thru window and then report back to him what’s really going on from the customers’...
