LaManga ( meaning the sleeve ) is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food from a food truck. I have been wanting to visit them as I have heard the carnitas were GREAT. And they were AWESOME. Check out the pics and they were filled to the brim and more. The carnitas were perfect and the best I have had here in Boise whether it is a food truck or brick and mortar. The little pepper had a very nice kick to it. There is just one guy cooking and serving so there can be a wait but the wait is worth the food from this truck.

These are the best taco's and nachos I've had in the valley. He has different types of meat that you won't find at every taco truck, and don't have to break the bank for a quality dinner. From taco's, tortas to nachos, you won't be disappointed.

Not bad at all. Tacos are a little on the small size but they were tasty and priced fairly. We tried the chicken, carne asada, and adobada tacos which were well seasoned and juicy. The side of grilled onions and the grilled pepper was a nice addition. The bean and cheese burrito was also a solid choice. I’ll definitely be going back and trying their birria...
