Wendy's — Restaurant in Garden City

Walked in to place an order for myself and my two children. Was ignored by the entire staff for about 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged my existence, even as they walked right past me and quick eye contact with me on several occasions. Not even a "someone will be with you in one minute greeting. Nothing. It was as if I was a problem even being in the building. Then whe. The girl walked up to take my order she sneezed in her hands and then proceeded to touch the fries with the same hand. She walked up to me and asked what I wanted. Not even in a polite manner just " what can I get you" no smile no welcome nothing. Then as I try to order I can't even get a single word in and she starts sneezing over and over and just walks away from me and says can someone else just take this order. At that point I walked out. This is the worst Wendy's that has ever existed. I don't know why they are even there if they don't want to work or serve the community. I walked a long distance to get this order just to leave empty handed and to show up hoke and my kids surely disappointed, but happy I didn't get snot fries. Please do better. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to take their business elsewhere. I have experienced what I believe to be deliberate attempts to overcharge customers, myself included. For example, I recently purchased 20 saucy nuggets, which were clearly advertised at $7.99. However, they rang it up as two separate 10-piece orders, each priced at $4.99, resulting in a total of $9.98. This may seem like a small difference, but it adds up over time.

Since they started offering these nuggets, I’ve noticed this issue repeatedly, and I am deeply disappointed in the restaurant for betraying my trust and overcharging me by $2 each time. This overcharge has been happening since July, and by my estimates, I could have easily been scammed out of a few hundred dollars by now.

What makes this even more frustrating is that they often don’t even have sauces available, which adds to the overall lack of care for their customers. It’s clear that this establishment values profits over honesty, and I feel cheated and disrespected. If you value your hard-earned money, I would suggest avoiding this...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! UNSANITARY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!
