Wong's Fu Wah — Restaurant in Garden City

Absolutely wonderful food and servers. I haven't had Chinese food this good in forever, not since Kim's Garden in Novi closed years ago. I was working late and was hungry, my hunger suddenly said Chinese and what should happen I turned a corner onto Inkster Rd. And there was Wung Fu Wah I'd never seen them before, but decided to stop and give them a try, and oh my goodness am I glad I did. I ordered "Moo Goo Hai Pan" for myself and "Sweet and Sour Chicken" for my husband. We were so happy with our food, it's was so tasty, none of the others closer to us are this good. The sweet and sour sauce had all the traditional vegetables, the tender crisp red and green peppers, onions, and carrots, along with the sweet pineapple, tender juicy fried to perfection chicken chunks. The rice (we'd ordered chicken fried rice) was cooked to perfection. (Was real rice and not that puffy stuff some places try to pawn off as rice.) My Moo Goo Hai Pan was absolutely to die for, tender crisp vegetables and meat so tender filled with flavor with a sauce over it all that made you sit back roll yours eyes closed and murmur YUM. Needless to say we just found our restaurant of choice. Sorry to say they have closed down the diningroom because of the Governors shut down orders. But they still have carry out. Have been eating here for years with no issues but suddenly there is a new girl answering the phone and she argued with me about ordering extra chicken in my fried rice. I always pay for extra chicken, but suddenly I was being treated like the worst person in the world. She refused to let me get extra chicken and said I would have to just order the quart instead of the pint. Every Chinese restaurant lets you pay a dollar or two for extra chicken. So then I asked for it in the quart, but no, no extra chicken for me. Then she got mad at me when I tried to order my wife's food. She assumed I was only ordering one meal and tried to get me off the phone after the first order. If the management reads this, you need to tell that girl to chill out. CLOSE THIS DAMN PLACE March 28th me n my wife got 2 sesh wann chicken with crab Rangoon’s. While eating I ate this piece of meat the was distinctly different. When night came her stomach didn’t feel good . By the next morning she was stuck in and out of bed throwing up too constantly bowel movement’s n cramps and heat and cold flashes . I thought we were pregnant until I started exhibiting the same symptoms THAT SAME NIGHT when she was making recovery .
