I was astonished. As a long time customer (since High school) I was very surprised of the way they have treated me. The older gentleman wearing glasses who charged me had made the mistake of charging me the wrong order even though I have informed him of the name of the order. He had the audacity to still charge me the remainder of the order even though it was his mistake! His explanation was that I should’ve checked my order before leaving the store, but the older gentleman closed the bag himself as if he confirmed my order with confidence. Other customers felt the same way that day and gave him a piece of their mind. I felt forced to pay just to get it over with even though I shouldn’t have to.

I decided to buy the usual(chicken plate) and a can soda. I was finishing up my food when I decided to try and purchase a bottle of water and a soda to go. Didn’t notice there was a $10 dollar minimum. I said they can charge me a fee, but the big bald dude that seems he lacks social cues decided he ignore when I asked if there was anything he could do. Normally I love this place, but not this experience. They have a minimum charge for ATM transactions, which is fine but it’s set at $8 which if you get a large chicken bowl which is what I get, that come out to $7.55 so you cannot purchase just he chicken bowl you have to get a drink also which is a rip off I already have a drink, I don’t need one, I just want the chicken bowl and the lady who was helping me was rude and just sitting their talking with the other workers, I had to call her over.
