I visit this place every each morning going to work, to buy a white chocolate mocha, people at window is nice, but today I went there at 8pm with my family, when we placed the order a lady took the order with some bad attitude, listening that I made a comment to her about how to treat a people because that is the base of any business growing, she was very mad when I said that and following that other male person answer with more bad attitude, my English language is not perfect but ok to comunícate what I want and he made me feel like responsable of what was happening, believe me all this happened front of my family from Colorado, I felt like stupid person, I thought that was it!! but when we arrived to the service window a lady told us : they will not handle us any of our drinks... encause didn’t like the way how I treat them, inside the only guy (skinny person) Yell us with bad words, I have all my members for witness, at that point I decide to leave and never comeback to starbucks café again (any store) also my family decide to do the same. The service is poor at that time in this store. We have some recording because my car has a camera

I usually pick up directly but this time I had my toddler with me so I used the drive-thru. The guy in the window ignored me and kept the window shut, I tried to talk to him to tell him I had an order but he continued to ignore me so I used the car horn. He opened the window and very rudely told me he was busy and I needed to wait not giving me the chance to let him know that there was an order ready for me. Finally a nice lady came and helped me. They both refused to tell me his name when I asked. He’s late 20s auburn hair kinda reddish and very RUDE. I understand these are trying times for a lot of people but there was really no attitude on my part for him to answer like that. He didn’t even tried to help. He should not be working with people. I’m sure it’s not the first time he has problems...
