Extremely Disappointed - Avoid Curbside! I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald's location Mother's day. I opted for curbside pickup, hoping for a convenient and quick meal, but it was anything but.
Firstly, despite following all app instructions for curbside pickup at the designated spot and signaling my arrival, my order was never brought out. After waiting a frustrating 15+ minutes, I had to call the restaurant myself, only to be initially told I was at the wrong location! After I confirmed I was indeed at the correct McDonald's, they admitted their mistake.
The delays didn't end there. I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order. To my dismay, upon finally receiving it, the entire order was cold, and later, when I arrived home items were missing (all the hash browns).
This level of service is completely unacceptable. McDonald's promises hot, complete, and timely orders, especially with their curbside service. My experience was a masterclass in how not to do things. Missing items, cold food, and a curbside service that required me to go inside after significant delays and confusion from the staff is simply not good enough. I have requested a full refund for this abysmal experience and sincerely hope management addresses these significant operational issues. And that says a lot cause even dirtier locations or ones that are in a lower poverty area get a better rating than this location. Managers here stand there talking to each other while other employees move slower than slower. Guests all over were upset including myself when I only got 2 smoothies and had to wait 35 min. Manager Karina didn’t even try to please the guest infront of me that wanted a refund for waiting too long and to cancel the food. She just told her okay walked over there and gave her cash backs not even a single sorry or anything to the guest. I witnessed it all myself. As if this happens all the time ? And she was just over it? She shouldn’t work in the industry especially for that they are paying their employees now. Not to mention the workers move slower than snails and still managed to get my order completely wrong ! Like what. They weren’t even extremely busy either ? Read moreI was in a habit of almost every morning buying a coffe in drive thru, on occasion they would give me a lukewarm coffee which was thick and horrible tasting. I began checking it at the window to make sure it was fresh. But, it was happening too often so I would got to another Mcdonalds sometimes. But today is my last visit to this one, gave me a coffee that warm thick and cool, I am a cooffee drinker so I know when it isn't fresh. Went back to the drive through to get anither and it was just like the first one. So I just kept it and parked to eat my sausage Mcmuffin. The muffin was ripped in half on one side and the other side looked as if someone ripped a piece off. So I drove back to that Mcdonalds and went inside with my coffee and muffin to get fresh replacements. Coffee number 3, and the muffin wasn't mangled. I usually don't post reviews but this is not acceptable. How the grill person could pass out this sandwich knowing how it looked, it shiws just how little people there care about the customer and quality.
