Indulged in a Large Bowl (5 scoops) priced at $15.99, this poke spot stands out as one of the best deals in Orange County. A true gem, it delivers top-notch QUALITY poke at a reasonable cost, and the portion sizes are even more impressive.

While I typically stick to SALMON at poke places, the allure of trying their SCALLOP and the inclusion of avocado (usually an additional charge elsewhere) piqued my interest.

To my delight, the fish surpassed expectations with its deliciousness, great quality, and a remarkably fresh taste. Notably, the cuts of poke and portions here are significantly larger than those at other establishments, making it undeniably worth the price. The standout BOOTEA RICE, infused with green tea, cilantro, and garlic, offers a uniquely flavorful base that enhances the overall experience.

Upon the worker's suggestion, I opted for both the I Lava You and The OG house sauces, and they indeed provided the perfect spice kick and savory essence to elevate my bowl.

Without a doubt, I'll be returning to what is now my favorite poke spot in Orange County. Excitingly, their menu extends beyond traditional offerings, including sushirritos, a tempting option I'll be sure to explore on...

This place is the bada bing bada b-b-bomb! Yo, I love this place, not like the way someone loves their children or their motorcycle, but you know what I mean. This place has some of the best poke I have ever tasted, and I have tried quite a few. Starting from the base, you have to try their bootea rice, it’s a nice cilantroey tasting rice, I really like it. Then on to the protein: they have your usual ingredients: tuna, salmon, and their respective spicy counterparts, shrimp, octopus, scallop, and occasionally (if they don’t run out) salmon belly, the ingredients are pretty decent quality. Then the sauce, my go to is usually the shoyutheway and wasababy sauce, yes, they have weird sauce names, but some people name their kids weird, so there’s that, but they taste good. The sauces, not the kids, that’s weird. They have a pretty compact sitting area, you might have to rub elbows with strangers, but who cares when the food is good. Anyway, just go and get you some tasty protein packed bowl and feel good...

The regular bowl ($10) gives u 3 topping. The large bowl ($13) gives 5 toppings. The base is salad or rice or mix. Main Toppings to choose from include salmon sashimi, scallops, shrimps, tofu, tuna sashimi, octopus, shredded crab, 2 other spicy shredded tunas. Sauces include special vinegar, sweet sriracha, terriyaki, something with wasabi and a few more. Additional toppings include immitation crab, fish eggs, quail, cucumber, seaweed, vinegar ginger, onion, fried onion, peanuts, parmasan cheese, quail eggs and fried salmon skin ($0.50 extra but worth it).

Note, it is the special sauces that makes it unique: sweet, or tangy or spicy, etc.

Interior decor is comfortable and modern.

Order your meal at the counter bring it to your table.

I forgot to ask them to mix with rice until after i paid so the cashier just gave me a side of rice for free.

There are other sides and drinks that I did not have a chance to try.

One large bowl was enough for both my wife and me, which makes it...

At about $20 for a regular bowl, you get a lot of value here. They start you off with 3 proteins, instead of the usual 2, making it a substantial meal. The menu offers a good variety of options, and they’ve made the ordering process straightforward. I even saw someone order the 5-scoop bowl—it was massive! The salad comes with ponzu sauce, which pairs well, though the sides are limited (no mango, for example). They offer complimentary water, but not extras like tea or cucumber-infused water. I’m curious to try the bamboo rice next time. Still exploring the area for my go-to poke spot, but this place is promising.

Definitely one of my favorite poke joints— I visit my friends in Garden Grove just to come here, really! I love the concept of creating your own bowl and the toppings are pretty much unlimited (they only charge for a couple of extra things, like avocado... as per usual). Most poke restaurants offer either only one or two toppings/sides or much smaller portions that are not satisfying. Low-Key’s regular bowl is super filling. Plus, you can add crushed Cheetos or hot Cheetos on top... and trust me when I say it’s GOOD!
