I’ve been looking for authentic Northen Cusine . Restaurant and I was recommended by my Mom who’s a wonderful cook . I’ve taken her to several restaurant in the area but nothing satisfied to her taste . Finally we gave this restaurant a try because my family are from the North Vietnam . This place far exceeded my expectations , soup flavor is rich and deep which reminded me of my grandma’s cooking when she was with us . There are couple restaurant claimed to be Northern Style but nothing compared to this place . The service is top notch , the owner Luan treated his customer like a long time friend , always with a great smile and always catered to our very needs . The owner is nice. Cleaned table and seats. Food is good when you compare some Vietnamese restaurants around Westminster. This restaurants is more Northern style, which I like.

Bún chả is good, I can’t even finish the whole dish, bruh 😎. But it needs some improvement, add some more garlic with vinegar, bring the dish to HEAVEN.
