Plenty of different restaurants and small boutique within this mall. Brodard is located in the back, they are very well known for their spring rolls, and better yet, they serve practically anything Vietnamese. I haven't had anything bad there. There is also an 85 degree in the mall. However, for some reason, the pastries are not as good as other 85 degrees. Along the back outside area, there are a few other restaurants that are worth a try. I enjoy the Che shop that serves well made Vietnamese pudding.

There is also a 99 cents store and a McDonald in the plaza, for anyone who is interested.

Came to Little Saigan to eat and sightsee. Brought my (hobby) camera for street scenes. Took photos of the exterior and interior by the 95 deg C shop when a mall cop confronted me and demanded to know: "why are you taking pictures?" I said taking pics is my hobby. He said it is not allowed in or outside this mall. Meanwhile, I see people using their cell phones to take pics of the pastries but he pretended not to notice. Anyway, to all hobbyist photographers out there -- you are NOT welcome here at this Mall...
