Wow just wow. I normally come to this Church's to get my fix and I've never had it this bad. Normally my great experiences with Church's, the biscuits are slightly crunchy and sweet on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chicken is hot (to the point where it burnt the roof of my mouth, this is a good thing!) very crispy and bursting with juice.
So to backtrack, the last time I came, the chicken was left under the heat lamp for god knows how long as well as the biscuits, ate it, crust was gross and stuck to my teeth, and the biscuits were hockey pucks. Left a bad impression but hey, I'll let it slide.
I come back again after a month with this bad experience in mind, I place my order and ask if I could get a fresh batch of chicken for my order and told the girl I was willing to wait. It's like she didn't listen to what I said and just gave me this dumbfounded stare and then responded with a bit of an attitude saying "I'm not sure" ... So I'm like "Okay??" I repeated myself and then added/asked "how long that chicken has been under the lamp?" .. she responded "I'm not sure" Again.
Really? Are you a robot giving me automated responses or were you not able to comprehend a straight forward request? (You guys are a chicken joint after all?) Don't dance around my question with your dumb automated response. Just give me a yes or no answer with a "Reason".
I gave up and basically just ordered what they had basking in the heat lamp maybe it was cooked a few minutes ago, lo' and behold it was the same as last time. Dry chicken with a chewy burnt acrid tasting crust that sticks to your teeth, gross. And the Biscuits were chewy hockey pucks. That's it, I'm done! The Customer Service here is absolute garbage, I've reported to corporate about this annoying experience and never coming to this...
Read moreFinally had it!!!!! I’m writing this review the same day of my visit because after multiple attempts to give this location a chance, I’ve had enough. This is not just about the walk-in service. I’ve tried both the drive-thru and going inside, and the experience is always poor. Today was the tipping point.
I waited inside patiently only to be treated like an afterthought while every drive-thru order was handled first. The staff was unfriendly, didn’t smile, and when I had an issue with my order (a mushy jalapeño), the attitude I received was dismissive and rude. They took forever to even acknowledge me and made me feel like my request was a burden.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the consistent lack of basic customer service at this location needs attention. Management, please take this as constructive feedback: improve how you treat all your customers, inside and out. I will not spend my money here again, and I can’t...
