This is my go-to place because Collins is just too far to drive to. Now. Here's the secret for catfish, order it COOKED SOFT. Otherwise they cook it hard by default, which is not good at all. In fact, the first time I had it I didn't know about that. Because most places cook soft as the default. So the first time I had it I was not impressed. And then I saw some reviews and someone mentioned it. So I gave it another try. And now I know the secret of getting good catfish. I'm not sure about the other fishes because catfish is the only fried fish I like.. you can even order the fries cooked soft which I think are a little bit better too. First time there, I got the fillet of Sole. The fish was cooked perfectly and seasoned jist as good. The fries where good and cooked just right. The tartar sauce was delicious, only thing I didn't like was the potato salad. You can tell it is store bought, plus the roll was as hard as a baseball. I still gave them 5 stars cause the fish was cooked perfectly which is the reason I went there. May I suggest you guys having a competition in the neighborhood to find someone's grandma that can make potato salad, and that will solve that. Plus you need to add hush puppies...

This is one of my favorite fish spots, however their time management needs to get better. They open at 11am from what is says on Google and their yellow menu. However, they don't answer the phone until 20 minutes later.

This has been an ongoing issue since last year and it is not okay. If you need to increase your workers pay and hours to come in at 10:30am to already have the kitchen ready then please do so because that's awful to have people waiting after 11am to place an order that will take 15...
