Panda Express — Restaurant in Gardena

Panda express if you want to continue to stay in business YOU need to start putting these la Zy unprofessional workers in check! Especially on their behavior towards closing. I came 30 minutes to closing to order some food and I really wanted some wontons to give to my mom for a late night snack. They talking about the fryers aren’t working or they turned off. Why are you turning anything off before you guys close? When has society changed the idea of closing? Closing means everything is open until you close at 11:00 I could understand coming in at like 10:59 but I came a whole 30 minutes and still you wouldn’t service me properly? It literally takes six minutes to make wontons by the way😅 you wasted my gas and you waste of my time coming out there purposely not having something available because you don’t want to close it later. Then the drive-through was closed before it’s even 11 o’clock…. like this is absolutely ridiculous. What if I had a disability I have to go through the drive-through and you guys just closing it earlier for no reason just because you want to leave earlier. They wanna leave early even though they’re getting paid to be there. I worked with fast food, and I never tried to cheapen somebody’s experience simply because they came LATER. Then the food was nasty and cold. You guys are gonna compensate me or you guys are gonna get a charge back on this order for making me sick and wasting my time. Get it together because these workers are costing you more than you think! They do not care about the company or even trying to make Customer experiences good. To top it off I believe if I was blonde haired blue-eyed they wouldn’t even have declined me. They would’ve went back there and made the food like they’re supposed to! I feel like they pick and choose who to say no to, but I just wasn’t the one this time. I will not be supporting panda again until this issue was resolved. If you don’t want to service people late then don’t stay open late????? I will also be making sure my review makes it to the Better Business Bureau for compensation because I’m so tired of the Unprofessionalism. The worst customer service experience. I payed for a milk tea boba and the cashier Karina M., then walked over to the second counter where the manager Kiki was standing to request a fresh boba milk drink. The manage with a displeased expression and irrate voice yelled at Karina and told her to give me a milk tea that was already on the counter. I automatically refused that drink because it looked watered down and like it was sitting there all day ( seriously who wants to drink a watered down milk tea). I then walked over to Kiki the so called manager and she yelled at me stating she had just brought that drink out. I automatically told her that since I'm a paying customer that she make a fresh drink and again she said she had just made the drink. It's sad that as a paying client I was treated this way as I did not want to spend my hard earned money on some watered down drink... instead of apologizing to me Kiki had the nerve to scream and say her name and state she was the manager. My boyfriend dumped me and I went to Panda 🐼 ❤️ omg Im so happy right now, I'm eating my food as I leave this review. So I already mentioned I was "dropped" so you could understand how I feel. Not so great 😃 😂😞 upon entering the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The restaurant was immaculate and It was right before closing. It shocked me that all their food looked FRESH and so delicious 😋 I was also greeted by the bight colored veggies and protein and the most amazing employee who didn't appear to be tired, although it was 45minutes in to closing.

She was very patient with me, informative and just appeared to be so happy as the other employees did in the restaurant. My food is so fresh and it taste so 😋 🔥🔥🔥 I'm eating in the car now so I have to go. I stole soda in my water cup. Lol, so what it's friday. inflation caused everything to get expensive and I was already poor lol, but when you receive great tasting food and service it's worth it. I don't mind going broke for panda 🐼 ❤️
