Unfortunately we my husband, daughter, and I walked out after the couple in front of us and two police officers walked out due to noticing the guy cooking the food and preparing the order was wearing his face mask under his nose exposing all the food that he was serving..can we ALL wear our face masks correctly PLEASE... They do not communicate and they prioritize phone orders, waited in line for almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, the line was almost to the door before they finally took my order. Once order was taken still didn't bother telling you they where waiting for food to cook, they have you pay than hand you a pager. When the pager went off i went back to the cashier and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked me if I was waiting for an order. Seriously she can see the big black pager in my hand. Read moreI am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Pita 360. While enjoying a to-go meal that my husband brought home, a small black insect crawled out of the rice. This was incredibly off-putting and completely ruined what used to be one of my favorite dishes.
I have always enjoyed dining at pita 360, but this incident has made me question the cleanliness and food safety standards. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements stricter measures to ensure such issues do not recur.
