Pita 360 — Restaurant in Gardena

Unfortunately we my husband, daughter, and I walked out after the couple in front of us and two police officers walked out due to noticing the guy cooking the food and preparing the order was wearing his face mask under his nose exposing all the food that he was serving..can we ALL wear our face masks correctly PLEASE... PLEASE so we can get a grip on this DEADLY disease...8700 positive cases just TODAY and we just can't get it together..The food is really good here was so dissapointed that the manager is not enforcing sanitary protocols I get it the glasses get fogged but put the face maak snug over your nose and the glasses slighty under and or a piece of tape over the mask in the nose area and vuala..Please fix this problem so we can support you and spend money in your business..The food is...

Food is good, but customer service is horrible. They do not communicate and they prioritize phone orders, waited in line for almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, the line was almost to the door before they finally took my order. Once order was taken still didn't bother telling you they where waiting for food to cook, they have you pay than hand you a pager. When the pager went off i went back to the cashier and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked me if I was waiting for an order. Seriously she can see the big black pager in my hand. The food quality is good, just be prepared to wait, I was there about 30 - 35 minutes from time I walked in until I left...

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Pita 360. While enjoying a to-go meal that my husband brought home, a small black insect crawled out of the rice. This was incredibly off-putting and completely ruined what used to be one of my favorite dishes.

I have always enjoyed dining at pita 360, but this incident has made me question the cleanliness and food safety standards. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements stricter measures to ensure such issues do not recur.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my perception of the restaurant, and I am hesitant to order from there...
