I saw this place mostly a hole in the wall, but it's not fortunately. For them, I went in to make an order. The front door is right by the cashier. When you order your food and if anything has an egg in it, you will get charged a fee. That fee is 75 cents. You won't know until you look at your receipt and ask the question. What is it for they never offered a refund? After I paid for it and complained about the 75 cents than the sign they showed me. Was at the other end of the counter not above the menu or the cashier station, and she never said that there would be an additional .75 for the egg. Are you ok with that. Professional Courtesy to Customer service is the cornerstone of any business, and every situation will test their ability to provide professionalism. 🙄 I ask to speak to a manager the answer their not here, can I speak to the owner their not here. Can I get the owners name? They ask why I need to speak with them. She refused. Their eggs are overcooked too hard, hashbrowns are undercooked, bacon precooked while being old And chewy. I just realized they are (Fabulous Grill) a fake copy of the real Fabulous Burger 3 mins away on Rosecran, which has a much better menu. GREAT customer service and is highly rated 😀 with no fees add onto the menu or charge for extras like a cup of water 🤔 The only difference is the people, the business model and their willingness to Serve its customers without nickel & diming...
Read moreA Disappointing Experience Beyond the Food While the staff here are genuinely friendly and the food is indeed delicious, my review is directed squarely at the owners of this establishment. The dining experience itself is far from enjoyable, marred by several significant issues.
First, let's talk about the bathroom. While I understand the need for a locked restroom, the state of the one here, even when locked, is simply unacceptable. It's incredibly dirty and in a terrible state of disrepair. This reflects poorly on the overall hygiene standards.
Moving to the dining area, the tables are littered with passive-aggressive notes, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, basic necessities like napkins and standard condiments are completely absent. It's frustrating to have to ask for such fundamental items, or worse, go without them.
Finally, the issue of hidden fees is frankly dishonest. Charging extra for items like eggs or imposing surcharges for card payments versus cash without prior disclosure is unacceptable and leaves a sour taste.
While the kitchen staff and their culinary efforts are commendable, the owners' apparent disregard for customer comfort, basic amenities, and transparent pricing makes this a place I cannot recommend. Until these fundamental issues are addressed, the "delicious food" isn't enough to salvage the...

The PANCAKES ❤️ and CHEAP if u get one a la carte or two separate orders which is cheaper than buying two pancakes together for some reason. a few bux and they're a good sized serving of them. EGGS ❤️ overeasy scrambled etc.
a little more MY FAVorite... Its a FRENCH TOAST PLATE ❤️ ❤️ Wished they had STRONGER coffee like Foldger's But Mom's Donuts where I'd get my coffee next door closed, it's an fyi if you're into coffee. . They have such a big selection it's hard to decide. But those were my favorite goto items offhand .. regarding their customer service other reviews mention ... They work a LOT and I know the restaurant business is already exhausting so if one day one of the cashier's seems unhappy.. Maybe let her know you appreciate her hard work because it gets very busy and it gets done and it's a VERY BIG MENU . I'm sure it would make her day .hard to imagine the rest of their day could be tiring too ❤️ they're...
