Very horrible service tonight. I called in and spoke with someone on the phone e to place an order for the 15 boneless wings for $9.99. I also ordered 5 additional bone in wings for $5.47 in addition to my original order. I came into the store to pickup my order. I paid for my order and even tipped them for their services. My bill with tip came up to $18.75. I asked for a blue cheese dipping sauce where I was told I needed to pay additional money for the sauce. AT NO TIME ON THE PHONE WAS I TOLD ABOUT PAYING FOR A SAUCE. I asked why would I need to since I placed an order. The young lady that serviced me was VERY LOUD when speaking to me and MADE sure EVERYONE COULD HERE HERSELF tell me I had to pay or else. I politely told her that I was not informed at anytime of an additional fee. So now that she had told me I will know going forward and for this time if she could provide the sauce, she flat out said NO. I then said so "You would rather loose $20 order over the price of a dipping sauce that I was not informed of" she said that she could not give me the sauce and got even louder as if that could be possible. I was not rude with her at anytime. I hope the owner sees this and apologizes because I should not ha e had to endure her services. Also when ia sked to speak with the manager, she stated she was the manager. She is unacceptable as a manager when this is who she resolves an issue that was created at no fault of mine. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO HAS ALWAYS ORDERED COMBOS AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ELSE....
Read moreHands down my favorite and always go to spicy fried wings place! I've had every flavors after a few years of eating here. Still can't finish more than 2 bites of the Wing Ferno highest level of spiciness without dying. I love the customization of their online order with options like extra crispy, extra sauces on the wings, extra seasoning, etc. The sides are also delicious: my favorite is the garlic noodle. Their home made sauces to eat with the wings are also unique, delicious, and have a wide variety of flavors. I don't eat them with the wings because I think the wings are so well flavored and cooked because I customize them so I use the sauces with my salads. They've changed their wing flavors over time but the quality, the customizations, and level of spiciness remained consistently the best! It's pricier than the generic chains but totally worth it! It's not just wings, it's an experience. I brought like 100 of these in all the flavors and took it to a pot luck party one year and my friends had a blast challenging each other as I watched them cough, heave, stick out their tongues while fanning it, etc. I didn't bring milk... Intentionally because I'm...
Read moreThis was mine and my fiance's first time here, and we of course had questions. The cashier didn't seem very interested in being at work as she seemed to be bothered upon our arrival. We wanted to get a meal for 2 but we were curious if it would be cheaper by the piece. The cashier wasn't to knowledgeable about the difference which was fine, but she seemed bothered that we weren't sure on what the better deal would be(it's a little pricey). We ended up getting the family 20 pack that gives you 3 flavors, fries, veggie sticks, and 2 dipping sauces (drink not included) $30.75. The barbecue flavor(boneless) was lacking a sweetness according to my fiance and kind of watery. The sweet Thai chilli had a nice kick of spice but left a fishy after taste. The lemon pepper was decent, but they were over cooked and came out to dry for the Thai chilli and lemon pepper(bone in). I think that Wingstop beats Wing Ferno on price and flavor, but the service is the same as they both lack customer service skills. Would I come back again...not anytime soon. Would I recommend it...I would suggest you try it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as...
