Gambino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gardner

That was so disappointing! Since we're new to the area, we're trying out all the local restaurants. Today was Gambino's. I called and placed my order. The girl didn't even know what was on the pizza listed on their website so I had to read it off to her. She told me it would be over an hour if we wanted delivery so we decided to just pick it up. My husband got there and they had forgotten to make one of the pizzas, so he had to wait there for that. Finally got the pizzas home to discover they made the wrong pizza! When I called them about it, the girl on the phone laughed and hung up on me. I called back and eventually talked to the manager. Not only did he sound annoyed, but he tried to blame the error on me! I know what what I ordered and this was NOT it. He was very abrupt and rude but did make us another pizza. After all that, we finally got the pizzas and they were NOT very good. I don't think we'll be eating there again...

Avoid!!! I went to the Gardner KS location and apparently there's been a change in management or something. The service has gotten significantly awful. I was told my order would be at 5:34 pm. When I arrived at 5:25 I was told another 15-20 mins. At 6:00 they told me they just started my order. I finally got my order at 6:20, and it was wrong and partially folded over in the box. The guy quickly left the counter and just said sorry. Gambinos is by far my favorite pizza place! I had my first slice when I was a kid and I've been a fan ever since!! I've been there literally hundreds of times and not had a bad experience yet. I can also tell whenever I get a different brand because the pizza isn't nearly as good!

Sometimes the wait can get a little longer than normal when they're busier, but it's always worth it. I can tell that the team is always working their hardest to get everything done as quickly as possible. I would also recommend the lunch buffet on weekdays because it's an awesome deal for...
