KFC — Restaurant in Gardner

Foods were old and cold cole slaw was warm. The lady took our coupons and mangled them trying to get one off so now none of other coupons are any good to use. She even offered to cut the coupon out because we just brought the ad because coupons weren't printed as coupons. It looked like an ad not coupons. Felt extremely disrespected by cashier then she dropped a potato bowl on floor and put it back in the drawer so the next person would get a contaminated bowl from the floor. When asked her about it she said she threw it away but we watched her put it in the drawer warmer. The Chicken ended up being 8 pieces when it was supposed to be 12. When called to tell them about the order being wrong told us there was nothing we could do because we didn't receive our receipt when it wasn't given to us and we were just there wasn't like it was days later it was maybe 20-30 minutes! So rude and disrespectful it's not even funny! Some people actually work hard for their money and treat people like people didn't happen here just because we tried to talk to her about her attitude and what she was doing! Had no idea we were supposed to count our pieces of chicken at the store. Never had to do...

How can a KFC not honor coupons they send out to me via the KFC FAN CLUB???? That's just stupid...what is the point of signing up for things you can't have access to? So I called to get the phone number of a general manager or the owner and get "we don't have a general manager" and "we can't give out phone numbers to the owner or corporate office". You know, all of us hate our jobs some times and I have worked fast food in the past too, but not helping a customer AT ALL is ridiculous. I wasn't being pissy when they refused my coupon in drive thru, I didn't waist their time trying to argue with them, I just pulled out so they could continue business with the other people behind me and called them. This jerk of a manager said there was no higher management than him I could call to complain. He finally said his manager will be in tomorrow (which I don't believe, no higher up managers come in on Sundays). This KFC in Garnder SUCKS! I have used these online coupons at several locations around Johnson County and never have been told that they are not acceptable. I was so excited that Kentucky Fried Chicken was going to try to make a comeback. They're offering 8 piece chicken bucket or strip bucket for free with $15 spent. Now this sounds like a good deal folks but I was so disappointed the food was cold. We elected to get the strips instead of the chicken. If I didn't know better I would say those were the ones that they were getting ready to toss. They tasted lukewarm and like the grease in the fryer was old. YOU could definitely tell they were not fresh in any way. They have to be the smallest strips I've ever seen. The picture that I'm including is actually in one of the single meal boxes and as you can see there was plenty of room in the top. I would have been ashamed if Ihadtoserve that. .
