McDonald's — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

I only go to this location because it is close to home will not continue to go once the one up the street opens will drive the 2 mile difference just to get better service have had many problems with this store first one ordered a sweet tea got cold coffee instead took it back and was treated very rudely like it was my fault and then once that was fixed looked at my steak bagel and it was a sausage biscuit in the wraping was on road already and just did not want to go back for a second time e-mailed corporate and was also treated with disrespect saying that i should have checked my food order before leaving the drive thru McDonalds deffently leads by example coporate head qaurters are just as rude as the local employees. Second time with an issue went thru drive-thru again was told it would be a minute or two longer on the steak bagel so they pulled me up sat there for 10 minutes while other cars passed by went inside and was once again treated rudely by most of the staff except for one manager who apolagized and gave me a full refund along with the sandwich. She deserves to be the head manager and a raise she is the only one that has never been rude...

Just as others have posted, back to old ways. Apparently staff cannot figure out dual drive thru lines because they can't get a order right. We ordered 3 meals x large, 4 hamburgers, fish and large drink and large shake. Get to pickup window and they ask what I ordered. To make it easy for them, I hand them the receipt with each item listed, they hand me 2 bags. I always check before leaving. Not even close. Apparently someone else's order. 10 pc nuggets, bacon burger big mac no fries. Hand it back and tell them it was someone else's order and they look at me like I should just take it. I literally had to tell them to take it back. Then they tell me pull in parking spot. 10 mins later, they bring the order, with no drinks. When I told the girl we never got our drinks she got aggravated she had to get them. Meantime check the order and still missing 2 large fries from the meal. Tell her this and she stands there staring at me. Seriously, you can't get a order right then your giving me aditude. 20 mins later order is finally right, but now cold. Won't waste my...

Now I usually don’t leave reviews..but wow, this place was horrendous. The customer service is terrible, not only do they have you wait an extordinary amount of time. But you would think since you had to wait that time, that the food would at least be presentable, and that it would AT LEAST have everything you paid for in the bag. It’s honestly sad how little they care. I wouldn’t come back here ever again after this, it’s gone too far at this point and they’ve completely stopped trying and are just barely pushing through to get peoples money and it’s pathetic. I am telling you now you WILL be disappointed coming here, you will be left distraught and you will have the rest of your day ruined if you eat here. They all collectively do not care about you or what they serve you. There’s many times I’ve tried to give them a chance but every single time the service delays even more. I won’t be surprised when the tiniest bit if this place is shut down in a couple months because that’s the clearest path...
