Second time going here. The first time it was ok , the black girl in the front was very polite. But today 1-7-24. The service was horrible. First it was two Caucasian girls sitting down eating and didn’t bother to greet us. The one said with a mouthful, take out? I said no we wanted to order take out. Second they tell us a whole wing dinner is wing dings only but at the wing dinner price. Then I asked was the male cook E , in bc I was going to order a polish boy and I like the way he does them. Ohhh she says nooo I’m the only chef, very nasty. I said I recall the chef E and he made me a really good polish boy and everything was perfect. . She gets very nasty and says ohhh really. Well I will see about that. Then my fiancé says, he added overflow fries. She says ohhh I will bey my LIFE HE NEVER DOES THAT EVER AGAIN. Her attitude was horrible and the comment was confusing and uncalled for bc it was a compliment. We didn’t order. The energy was off, the service was horrible and this place needs people that knows how to interact with others. I would not recommend to anyone, until they learn how to talk to people....

I usually order food from here often but I stopped because the soul food Mac and dressing was awful , my Fiancé decided to call in & order an lamb chop dinner… the lady that answered took his order & told him 25 minutes .. so then he called back to add on an salmon by itself which the lady that answered the phone told him NOW he have to pay now with a card which she didn’t state the first time … my fiancé only had cash so he drove all the way there for them to tell him they don’t have lamb chops so he had to settle for an salmon dinner which he had to wait 35 mins for because nothing was ready when he arrived smh !!! So my fiancé gets Back with the food & noticed an hair in the food .. I called twan he ask me to send a picture over with the hair in the food I did, I haven’t heard back from him yet and it’s been 3 days I been calling , texting nothing from him it’s sad forreal especially when you try to support black businesses they fail you not all of them but Majority of them do … I’m done with this place though I’ll never eat...

This strictly based off door dash orders. The lady was just standing there and we told her we were picking up a door dash order. She didn't say ok it's right here, didn't show us the food but demanding someone to confirm the order that they can't see. Thats senile and low comprehension. Yall need to do better. I even asked after she said that where was the food and she still demanded to confirm the order. If someone stole food or whatever that is not on all door dashers. Yall not our boss so plz stop with the micro managing during the transactions. Common sense would have been for her to show the food and then ask to confirm the order. Yall doing to much and there are more competent ways to manage that Interaction. Simply stating I have the order, it's ready etc or showing it then asking us to confirm make more sense. Thank God I stay in a better area where none of the establishments lack...
