Vienna Market — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

NEVER NEVER EVER!!!! go to this place ... The staff is very UNSANITARY and RUDE.

I walked in and placed an order. Immediately, I noticed that the employee was holding a nasty, dirty towel, then he attempted to start making my sandwich ... USING THOSE SAME DIRTY GLOVES.

So, I politely asked him, "would you mind changing your gloves before you make my sandwich?"

He responded VERY aggressively, "NO, I WILL NOT CHANGE MY GLOVES"

I looked shocked, then just left.

Listen, I have a messsge to my community. We have to start holding these businesses and business owners accountable for the way they treat the people in OUR communitys who patronize and support thier businesses... by NOT supporting their business ... ANY longer, if they mistreat the customers.

WE need to teach them a lesson, and show them that just because you have a business doesn't give you the right to just treat the community any way you want.

Because without the support of the community, your business would cease to exhist.

They suck the money from our neighborhoods, then spit in our faces, as a "thanks."

So, I'm asking for anyone reading this, as a community, let's take a stand against people/businesses who try to exploit us, and NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS,

until they learn that mistreating customers isn't how good business is done ...

These business owner act as if they are ENTITLED to OUR money and PATRONAGE

It's literally a PRIVILEGE for the people of the community to stand by you and support you and your business... which allows YOU the ability to take care of yourself, your family and livelyhood...

And it's, just that... A PRIVILEGE.

It should be earned and treated with respect. And nothing less...

So a business or an owner who can't understand and respect that... Absolutely, DOES NOT deserve a penny of our heard earned money, until they straighten up. ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE NOT FROM OUR COMMUNITY.

Visited this Viennas since I’ve visited other Viennas and had no problems, older guy had an issue like he didn’t want to serve us. sandwich was very small to be $18 and that’s supposed to be the super.. then I asked for Swiss and was given thick white American cheese, I had to take the cheese off and enjoy the sandwich that way, but I will not go back to this...

I used to love this Vienna Market untill today i paid 13.99 for a jumbo corned beef and received the smallest corned beef sandwich ever. Sorry to say they are falling off and i will not be going there anymore. It was an older guy there today if you see him turn around and leave on top of all that he's got an attitude. The one on turney rd next to...
