Despite being wary of the low ratings and negative reviews, I thought I’d give this place a shot. I was glad I did! The service was friendly and helpful. Was so excited to try this after reading reviews and having great Arabian food in Chicago. Was I ever disappointed. Got it to go. Falafel was ice cold in the center but not even that good when warmed up. We order a combo, met with a container with just meat and rice. We went back for a refund and the lady that was running the place raised her voice and even got into my face.
