We came here on a limb to buy a vest for my uncle’s wedding for my fiancé. We ended up buying one of the last to medium vests In store, again on a limb.. One of their employees was not paying attention and forgot to take the security tag off. Apparently their systems do not work because we left the mall with no alarm going off... With the security tag still intact we weren’t able to wear the vest to the wedding. That being said we now have a vest that is brand new with a security tag... The next day we came back I politely said what had happened, they called the manager over. Before we could even explains the situation fully she said “this is not adding up” and I’m guessing she implied that we stole this item. (We did not have the receipt I was rushing and forgot where I put it) Now at this point we are just trying to explain to this lady that we no longer care about the return we are simply trying to get the security tag removed.. this grown lady continued to be rude and said unnecessary comments.. basically told us that we stole this jacket and she not going to do anything to help. With this all being said the vest was still with tags AND ON THE HANGER (Because I didn’t want to bag it to risk it getting wrinkled..) Read moreGot my eyebrows waxed The lady who did my eyebrows did a very poor job she missed quite a bit had to go home and fix up what she had missed called them back and explained what she had missed told the lady on the phone I had pictures of what she missed was told that the manager was busy at the time and to give them my contact information so the manager could call me back and never got a call back so very disappointed all around. Even left a larger tip than normal out of respect for the lady who had done my eyebrows even though she wasn’t very friendly what so ever seemed like she didn’t like her job and that she just didn’t even want to be there. When I say she missed quite a bit it was very noticeable I will not be going back. The fact that I have to give a star to even write a review this doesn’t even deserve a star. Read moreI was directed by JCPENNEY customer service to call the store directly for info on a Ship To Store order that I placed. It took two days of calling and more than 30 minutes of holding in total to finally reach someone at the store that said anything beyond “will you hold please?”. The person I spoke with offered no additional information on the order than what I received from customer service. I had the order shipped to the store near where I was vacationing and JCP required the full 10 business days (only counting M-F) so the order will arrive a day after I leave the area. Now I have to deal with returning my items via phone to this store (hopefully I can reach someone easier then) plus I lose out on the timely discounts and my rewards $.
