Dunkin' — Restaurant in Garfield

I recently visited a Dunkin' Donut store in a great area, expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. To start, I received a half-full cup of iced latte (if there was no ice), which was disappointing.

Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of the staff inside the store. They were not friendly and displayed a negative attitude, making the visit far from enjoyable.

Given the store's location in a nice area and the presence of two other Dunkin' Donut stores nearby, I had hoped for better service and a more welcoming environment.

Overall, the combination of the incomplete iced latte and the unfriendly staff made my visit less than satisfactory. Considering the other Dunkin' locations in the area, I believe I might have a better chance of finding better service...

I placed an order today and when I went to pick up my order the employee didn't even start it. I politey stated that I placed an order she said " nothing come in there is no order" so i figured ok fine I'll wait a few minutes. No customers came in and no mobile orders she is just standing there and after 10 mins i again asked about my order and even tried to show my receipt on my phone to her but she didn't even want to look at it and again rudely said "I dont have that app and I don't see an order". I tried to show her the phone and she just turned away....

I came here for first time today and love this DD .The people are courteous and the atmosphere is peaceful . The food was good I had a cheese and ham croissant and a blueberry muffin heated with butter . I had a cold vanilla iced coffee and I tried the mango pineapple tea drink it was not too sweet and I drank the entire drink .They have good wifi and sat down there to eat and drink. It is right in strip mall and next to a Peruvian restaurant and other side is a smoke shop. They have alot of parking and they seem to go fast through any long lines so that was...
