Throwback Cafe — Restaurant in Garfield

My fiancé always complains about ordering me a full meal or in this case a sandwich because I generally don’t finish eating everything, but this Bacon egg and cheese hard roll is so gooood! Yum seriously I’m gonna eat the whole thing and might even bite into my fiancés if he doesn’t soon! I believe the guy I spoke to over the phone was the owner very nice professional and when I went in to pick my food up it was warm and welcoming inside! He again was very nice when I went in and there’s even a pin ball machine I think it was and a TV and chairs very cute little spot with amazing food! I was in Garfield, hungry, Googling places to eat. I came across this place and became intrigued after reading so many reviews (specially the “bad” ones). Upon walking in my first encounter was with Ben. He is awesome to say the least. The food is great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was too cool to describe (you have to come in and experience it yourself). I plan to become a regular and already told all my coworkers about this place. P.S. Stumbled upon this place by chance and couldn’t have been happier! The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The new owner and staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You can tell they put a lot of heart and passion into running this place, and it really shows in both the service and the atmosphere.
