I had a very negative experience with this realtor. When I decided to use my own realtor, he deliberately delayed my application because he didn't want to split the commission. The customer service was terrible, he ignored my calls, letting them ring without answering, and repeatedly gave the same excuse. He would text me saying he was at a home inspection, but what inspection lasts a week? When I called from a different number, he answered immediately without any excuses.

This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. He was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for my time or needs as a client. Additionally, he failed to provide necessary updates about the status of my application, leaving me in the dark and causing unnecessary stress and frustration. His lack of transparency and honesty made the entire process a nightmare.

I would strongly advise against using this realtor if you value prompt communication, honesty, and professionalism. There are many other realtors who are far more ethical and customer focused. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who will respect you...
