I ordered penne vodka with breaded chx… they adjusted the prices on the Uber eats app and upcharged me for breaded chx but I received grilled … and to be honest the vodka sauce is trash … also paid 7.50 for the worlds thinnest slice of cheesecake with a strawberry jam poured on top … my son did enjoy the meatballs and spaghetti but he also is only 11 … when I called the store the person I dealt with was kind but not helpful … told me that he can’t give me my money back so next time I call he’ll …. We placed our delivery order at 5:40pm last night, after an hour we called and the lady told us the driver would be here shortly. 30 minutes after that we called again and this time we were told that the ticket machine ran out of paper and that they were making our order now. We proceeded to call again after that, the food did not arrive until 8:05pm. When we got the food, the pizza was not what we had ordered and it was barely even cooked. We will not be ordering again.
