Updated post 03.03.2022:
Ended up waiting over half an hour with not one cup of water offered or any acknowledgement by staff.
When I finally got a server [per manager 13 tables strong] they began with not sure we have that but will see what I can do.
Ended up waiting another 10 minutes to find out that I could not order what I originally wanted. Lack of communication here is an issue.
Finally got up and went to bar and asked for a manager. Seay was behind bar and she stated she was on her 2nd day as manager.
I unequivocally let her know service was unacceptable up to that point and that while I appreciated the time of day [she then checked and stated they would be open another few hours-compounding the already poor service] they could do better. I let her know I came specifically because of the prior positive experiences with the wait staff-Cece especially.
Seay offered to bring water and took it upon herself to deliver. When she arrived at my table we talked about the prior 2 to 3 years and she mentioned she had been a server for the 2 years of CV19 and decided to go into management.
That's a really good thing because this location has lots of potential but lots of room for improvement.
I placed a "to-go" burger order and waited patiently. I then had a nice talk with Seay about the sticky wooden tables. She stated the surface cleaner with bleach leaves them sticky. That said perhaps Chili's needs to upgrade their table tops at this location?! Will they pay attention?
As I prepared to pay for my order Seay brought my receipt over and let me know she had comped my meal.
Seay took the first step to correct a bad experience when she acknowledged an issue existed. She then took ownership of the situation and strived to correct it DURING THAT VISIT.
I let her know I do reviews on Google maps and would be posting what a great experience I ended up having. Sometimes in our lives people and places deserve a 2nd chance to get it right.
Thanks Seay -well done
Burger was perfect and ended up getting to visit with to-go stand. They work hard and it's a tough business to be in now.

Will it be worth the wait? Delicious...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHubby and I were hungry and decided on chili's it was ok the food was good the service wasn't that great the girl was just blah I like my waitress or waiter to have some type of life in them..So while we were waiting on our food there must been a young lady I guess that worked there but was off and went to a concert. She was so loudš¶ guess she came there to drink at her job, mind you after the show.. People, if you're off from work, go somewhere else. Why would you come to the place that gave you the day off? š¤¦āāļø She also yelled across the bar to another regular, the come to the bar and drink. I know that man was think why is she here on her day off𤯠Then the manager, which I'm use to them (meaning managers) at least smiling to there customers or stopping by the table to check on customer service. No, this dude was lent up against the bar, asking his employee the loud one above how the concert was. Also saw this same lady walk in the kitchen in her dress. I guess that's allowed. Wow, people, you never know who is watching looking and paying attention to leadership in your workplace. We just wasn't happy what we had to listen to by the bar, so we were just visiting, but we will never come back to this chili's ever again. I'm not saying anything was wrong that either one did, so let's get that clear.I I just thought it wasn't very professional. I guess you feel a little bit different as you get older. š«£ Good thing the food was good, thoš Kudos...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in on Father's Day, with my octogenarian parents. The restaurant was empty but still the service was horrible. The first server was cold as a dead fish, she managed to greet us in less than a minute but never said "Welcome to Chili's" , and otherwise so far obvious that she wanted to leave. The first server, didn't know her name was cold and told my dad who is an 87 year old Army veteran that they were out of coffee. Oops š¬. Tyler replaced the first unknown server and they were nice , took our order promptly and cordially. But the food took over 30 minutes in an empty restaurant. Tyler stopped by and said they would check on the order, soon the food was delivered. The food was horrible, in fact my father's food was served cold as the corn seemed to have been sitting for a long time. Overall the food was nearly inedible, tough ribs, cold corn, dry chicken fajitas. 3 management members stopped by to ask how we were doing and I could see that they knew everything was horrible how they dropped the ball but little in the way of making it right.
I don't understand how a restaurant at 3 pm runs out of coffee. My old army veteran father on Father's Day can't get coffee?
I have been a professional server for over 26 years and I have to say that I will never come back to this place ever again or even try...
