I used to go to you guys very often when i lived closer by. Yall were excellent for all transaction types be it a loan, sale, or purchase. Never liked that the used firearms mostly always are tagged at 5% or 10% below the price of the same gun would be new. I get the idea of working deals and flexing the price at my request which is why i always still bought and sold firearms with you guys. Fast forward to 3 years to present and over the last 3 weeks I have been back to see you guys twice the first time with a compound bow in excellent working condition just apparently too old and most recently tonight with a great electric stand-up Bass and two older watches one of them a manual wind-up watch that was still working perfectly. Sure the electric stand-up bass didn't have a brand name printed on it yeah it had minor cosmetic issues but it still function perfectly and had all of his parts and pieces. 12 times over these last few weeks I was turned away for everything I brought up to you guys. I wasn't asking for much hey I didn't even get a chance to ask for anything because I was turned away. I know that you guys make your decisions based on the fact that you're running a business but you know what both of these times I would have taken drastically less than what these items could have resold for I guarantee it. I would have taken $5 for the bow and I know you could have sold it for five times that and a $25 for a compound bow it probably would have been purchased the very next day. Here i am trying to find a way to feed myself and my dog and YES that is not your fault and not your responsibility, but you should know that you could have helped me out as i am in the position i am in. And i garauntee you would have still made both a potential 500% profit on the resale and a thrilled customer whomever got the good deal. Anyways perhaps ill use the bow to find a rabbit or squirrel or something that way I can eat hope you guys have...

I called to get a price of how much i could get for my tv as a loan. The young lady that took my call asked for the brand and model number and she did her research came back with an offer of $300.00 up to $350 on a loan. I will take my tv To them tomorrow .. Great service over the phone.. Great nice and honest people.. I've bought from them and they all ways have excellent prices and will give u a better selling price when u ask them , they will work with. I've never been in a more spacious pawn shop as this one. It was large and spacious as one can tell from the pics I took. It was clean and looks well maintained. IMO as a customer service professional, two things were missing when I walked in:

1. A greeter to welcome me and
2. A customer service rep to check in on me

The one thing that stood out was a Police officer on duty. That was a very prominent figure standing in my line of sight as soon as I walked in. But no one came to welcome me. I even walked around for 10 minutes and not one person said a word to me. That wasn't a good experience for me.

The prices were quite high, even for used tools. Since I know the prices of many tools, their prices were very similar, maybe a few bucks off. It amazed me. Nonetheless, it was a...
