02-03-23. I go inside to order. 3 girl worker stand there talking by the ice shake maker machine talking. I have to wait approximately 5 minutes before on e comes to take my order. I was in clear eyesight of all three. I give my order for (qty 2) number one combos. She asks “do you want small, medium, or large.” I ask what is the one on the menu because menu does not state what size is showing nor does it state the pricing of the different sizes. She tells me the difference is the size of the fries and drink but not the prices. I ask again the prices. She gives me the prices. I place my order. She goes back to talking to the other two girls who are talking and filling up some kind of containers at the spot by the shake maker. Lady comes in behind me and thought you could order by pressing blocks in the back of the cash register. Nothing happens and she asks me “is this broken.” I replied “ no they help us standing there talking. Lady was there several minutes before someone came to take her order. I see a bag put up at the cooks serving window. I assumed it was but just waited for someone to pick it up and either give it to me or someone else. It sat there for a least 5 minutes. Then the girl who took my order brings it to me. I told her it is cold now after sitting so long. They agree to make me another. Owner shows up (Asian lady) and I tell her my experience. She says I am sorry. I work with Garland Police and tell her I her I am sooty all the time but if things do not change your not sincere. She then tells me she is working with teenagers. I told her “your the owner” you have to instruct them to pay attention to the customer and work or let them go if they do not want to work but visit with other. She then said “I hear you, I am sorry.” Time will tell if she is sincere about being sorry for not paying attention to paying customers that keep her...
Read moreI went today for dinner. The vibe inside reminds me of the 90's for some reason. Everything seems outdated but not in a bad way. It was pretty comfortable and brought back some good memories. The place smelled of an old hotel and cigarettes. The speakers need to be turned down or off since you can't hear anything but static and no words. Now on the other hand the staff was really cool and welcoming. The manager seems like a real nice guy. He brought us our food to our table and asked if we wanted dessert before or after. There was a new employee getting an order wrong and he didn't seem flustered about any of it, stayed by her side the whole time helping her out. The food was good! Ordered the spicy chicken tenders. I'm Hispanic and LOVE spicy. These were good and I will be returning to get them again. Only thing wrong was just the seats were a bit dirty from everyone's backs rubbing against it over years and years. The place was clean overall as well. Paola at the drive through had her boss come out to "let me know" that the kids meal treat papers we wanted to redeem along with our $40 order, were not valid because they haven't had those color of bags for over a year.. mind you all we come weekly sometimes even multiple days because we love their deals. So the lady in charge now(we haven't seen Joseph in a while) is very rude, this is the first time I have ever seen her face there. She definitely needs to be coached on how to show appreciation to her loyal customers. Both ladies need to do better, for the remaining customers. We will not...
