Read moreThis restaurant - always dirty.. I can Imagine how's the kitchen. Everytime we go there always I have to ask to clean something because is dirty. And the dumpsters always full. They don't clean right!! Customer Service - is bad! 😱.. The manager there is very rude, she always look women badly and guys nice. She is a light skin, heavy, curly short hair and short lady. Everytime we go there she is rude and then we ask her for something she have bad manners. She needs to start smiling to customers and greet them everytime they enter into that door. Unfortunately, most of the time she always help us. She needs to work in her attitude and know that customer always first. Food- 😱 some foods are very salty. Like the tamales or beans are good taste but we ordered previously plates they very salty Everytime we eat a salty food we can't enjoy eating it. Also they need to start using gloves and they use their hand to grab food and dirty towels and they come grab our foods.. that's discusting!!. Prices- is so exaggerate for not a quality food. The prices are too high for salty food sometimes. They charge high for one little thing we order. I ended paying like $45 for 2 people. This is not a Pro Restaurant is a Panaderia that is not located is Downtown Dallas to exaggerate with the food prices.
The reason I go there because I miss my country food and want to taste our food from there but sometimes I leave disappointed.

Read moreFirst-time customer at new location at 1725 1st Ave. NOT a good experience! Two long lines, one for bakery and one for food. When We finally arrived to order the 3 ladies working the counter had dwindled to one and she pretty much ignored us. She finally attended to my friend and I had to wait until another lady showed up. I gave her my order and she grabbed a plate and started preparing it from the tins of food at the counter. I told her I wanted another exactly like the first and she said she would have to go to the back to get bacon. After she left I noticed a tin full of bacon was already there. The cashier made me pay while I waited for the girl to return. 5 minutes…10 minutes…15 minutes. I ask the cashier where my food is and she says they’re making it fresh in the back and they’ll call me when it’s ready. Meanwhile, at least 15 customers have gone through the line and are sitting down eating their food. 20 minutes…25 minutes,; the girl that went to get bacon had returned and is helping other people on the line. I tell the cashier that the girl had returned without my plate and she tells the girl who says something to her I couldn’t hear and than she asked me what my original order was because she had forgot. No $h&t you forgot, you were gone 25 minutes. Anyway, every complaint you read here is totally true but I doubt that management will do anything because there is such a shortage of good workers or because they are making enough business they don’t need to...
