I've been to the store a total of three times because my son lives in this area. Each and every time that I have come here the management service has been rude and disrespectful.
The employees however have been decent. The male manager has attitude and a very smart mouth.
Once I asked him how much longer for our pizza he was very argumentative, second time we lost a pair of airpods here, the store was incredibly crowded, and we were not able to see them when they fell. Several hours later when we realized it we checked our Apple location they came back to the store.
When coming to speak with management to see if someone had turned them in his response was do you think I would take your airpods? What do I want with some air pods? When I told him he was being rude and he should be more empathetic, then he tried to apologize yet reiterated with another rude response! I know this review will not change anything for anyone when someone wants Pizza they're going to come get it but me personally I will never come back to This Little Caesars I will go across town to get the pizza that I need instead of...
Read moreWent in to place a big order for a school. I had been calling for a week straight at different times of day. They won’t answer. I finally came in, in person, and spoke to the owner. Before someone got to me, I called while in the store and they completely ignored the phone. Owner did not care and told me he didn’t have time to pick up phone. That I should order online, but I can’t because I need to use the tax exempt form. He also has the store number plastered by the cash register. For what though?! Not only did I come in because they won’t answer, but he wanted me to come in the day before to place the order and pay, and then again the day of to pick up pizzas. Anyways, I think he has enough business to where he doesn’t care if it’s one less. $200 orders don’t seem to phase him. If you’re placing a big order or for a school, avoid this place. I'll start with taking part of the blame for a bad experience- I used the app to place my order, I didn't realize the app had the next days date, and I only adjusted the time. Once there, the manager noticed me standing there and asked about my order. They notified me it was for the next day. 1st, I asked if I could get it bypassed and made it tonight, and she said, "No." She became instantly combative and rude as we proceeded to discuss the matter. Then I asked, "If I didn't pick up the order tomorrow, would I get a refund?" She said, "No," became defensive, saying it was not her fault, which I never said or insinuated.
